The rooms are pretty good although the bathroom is tiny and the shower is awkward. There is no air-conditioning but the ceiling fan helped. Great location near so much wildlife. The food is ok and wine selection better than many of the other places we stayed on the trip. Everything was clean. Staff was somewhat helpful but could have been...

Took a team of 14 for a 3 day break after a 14 day mIssion in Teso. We had a great time, we found the rooms to be very comfortable, and the staff very helpful. The food was very good with a large selection, the pool was most welcome after a long journey from Soroti, The location is stunning, overlooking...

Paraa means Hippo in a Ugandan. It certainly is we named as the river around the lodge teams with Hippo. We stayed at Paraa Safari Lodge for two nights. It was absolutely lovely. The staff were all really good. Very helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Situated on the banks of the Victoria Nile it has a lovely view over...

I stayed here with a group of 15 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely courteous, the rooms were very clean, & and the location offered up close encounters with wildlife. The views are nice and the location is very close to the river, so we took advantage of that and went on an amazing Nile...

We arrived at Paraa Safari Lodge on February 9, 2017 after two days on the other side of the Nile at Kabalega Wilderness Lodge and I was immediately taken by the ambience. We got there early in the morning and couldn't get check in until afternoon - that's how nice and popular the place is. We had to wait for...

We were here two times for a lunch in the NP. Very beautiful view on the nile. Good coffee and a lot of choice for the lunch: from salades to pizza's. Salades costs around 25.000 sh, a sandwich with fries Also. The personel is friendly but sometimes iT lasts a little while. Also ween iT raines a good place to...

It had been a while since I last stayed at Paraa Safari Lodge but the return was worth it. Renovations and a major facelift are in progress right now but do not impact in any way on the guests stay experience. Since my last stay a little Spa opened but my programme was too tight to make use of it...

Lovely accom in the heart of Murchison National Park. Felt very safe, even with warthogs roaming around! The food was excellent - buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner. Beautiful pool area, unfortunately it closes at 6. Such a shame as it's still so hot. No aircon, fans are largely effective. Large mosquito nets are very good. Beds are rock hard. Wifi...

This was our 7th year visiting Uganda and we have stayed at Paraa Safari Lodge on numerous occasions. The prices continue to climb, yet the food and comfort of the lodge are declining. The lodge is definitely in a great location, something that keeps them busy with clients. However, we had an awful experience this trip. Between confusion with our...
