Nice small cosy hotel, on the beach, with no kids, for calm visit. When going there, we were concerned about the Train line near the hotel....But trains go so silently, that you hear any noise.Personnel is very friendly. They do teir best, explain everything, smilling, it looks like all guests are their best friends. Souvenir shops, old town are not...

I'm not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating. Our room was large with 2 double beds but also not very clean. Upon arrival there was dirt and a fair bit of sand in the room, along with cans on the balcony I presume from the previous guest. Overall the room and bathroom are very tired. Hair dyer...

Having returned from a 7 night break at this hotel I cannot recommend it highly enough. I can seriously say that there was nothing we could find fault with during our stay. The food was great with plenty of choice and our room was spacious with two double beds and a large bathroom with a big walk-in shower. The staff...

We have just returned from a 7 night break at this hotel. It was wonderful, could not find fault with anything, staff friendly and helpful at all times, the bar staff although very busy were always friendly, the restaurant had such a variety of food there was always something to choose from, I am vegetarian and the choices were varied...

Myself and three friends have just returned from a week at this hotel. We couldn't think of a single thing to complain about, everything was excellent. It is situated on the beach, adults only, a few minutes from an abundance of shops and some good bars and restaurants....would definitely go back.

Perfect location, right on the beach and next to the underpass that connects you with the main tourist street. Staff were very good, Isaac and roley in particular. As with all inclusive everywhere the food could be a little repetitive but it was always good and there were always fish and vegetarian options.. there was entertainment most evenings, which was...

We spent four days in Spain for the F1 Grand Prix , unfortunately the hotel we were booked into was double booked. We were changed to the Amaraigua hotel , this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! You have to pay 20 euros deposit for tv remote and 20 euros for the air con remote...

We were meant to be staying at the Europa Splash but we're reallocated to this hotel by Fleetway Travel who incidentally are a travel agent who I would rate as one of the worst I have ever travelled with. The hotel is 3 star at best and although the staff are very pleasant the facilities are not the best. Our...

This is the second time I have stayed here. Staff are fantastic and dining staff were lovely. The food was great with lots of choice. The entertainment was ok. Our room was nice, clean and fresh. Fresh towels everyday and bathroom also cleaned daily etc. The gym was average but the sauna is small but great. Really can't fault this...
