Hello, there. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have to use a wheelchair to move around when not at home. Am interested in this resort as an Interval International exchange. First question: does the resort have a lift, if I am given an exhange into an apartment on an upper floor? Second question: how user friendly for a wheelchair is the resort, and indeed the route for getting to local
restaurants and shops? Any replies will be very much appreciated.

There are two lifts - no rooms on the ground floor. The lifts are reliable. I would say the resort is very user friendly for wheelchairs. You would be able to get from Es Pueto at one end of the town right along to the other end, about one mile, along the promenade and, I think, along the river which has had pathways laid very recently. The town itself is easily accessible too from Es Pueto, only a few minutes. In fact the only part of the town you might find difficult is the little church as it is a bit of a climb - but worth it. One of the little tourist trains goes up there. It's a lovely town and well worth a visit. Hope this helps.
