My family and I celebrated my mum's birthday here in September 2016. We had a wonderful stay (despite weather not being on our side). The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful and the rooms gorgeous and clean. The food was for me the highlight though! Delicious, simple and authentic Puglian cusine (and wine!). The food was great value...

Relaxing and charming BnB. Beautifully decorated. Delightful staff. English not spoken, but not an issue. Quality of the breakfast was superb. Close to Ostuni, ask for suggestions on restaurants, Osteria Piazzette was superb, have the rabbit.

We stayed here over a weekend. The location is great - easy to explore Ostuni up to Bari or further south down to Lecce if you have a car. The rooms, common areas and buildings are beautiful and the service is really fantastic. The family that run this hotel are so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home...

We used this Masseria as a base to explore the area around Ostuni. You definitely need a car for this area as you are located a bit out in the country and I was quite surprised by another group who arrived the day we did without one. The rooms were well kept and brightly lit with a tv and bar...

We spent the first three nights of our stay in Puglia here at the lovely Masseria Salinola. What a wonderful, charming hotel - run by a family, with a working farm and olive trees on the property. The impressive breakfast spread each morning features local cheeses and meats and homemade jams with fruit and olive oil from the property, as...

What a wonderful place to relax, sleep and eat! We had such a wonderful experience at Salinola. The staff (all family) made us feel at home without being overly friendly. Our room and the whole estate were decorated beautifully and everything is so well maintained. I could not discover a speck of dust on all the antiques and decorations. The...

This Masseria deserves 10 stars!! The rooms are exquisite, the service attentive, the food excellent and the grounds, pool and dining areas beautiful. We were flooded out of an other masseria and Masseria Salinola graciously provided rooms for us.at the last minute. They made reservations for us at an ancient Olive Oil farm and a local vineyard plus provided great...

We stayed here for three nights and had planned on only dining here one night. After our first dinner we decided to dine here all three nights. What a treat. They have a set menu but are very accommodating if there is something you do not like. It was the best food we had in all of Italy. Very creative...
