We choose this hotel because we read very good reviews of its restaurant. And indeed, this is very high class. The food is outstanding and the tables are dressed beautifully dressed with white napkins, silver cutlery and Limoges Porcelan. There are only 11 rooms. The restaurant is also accessible to non residents but the restaurant is very cosy.

Stayed here 43 years after our previous visit. Room was reasonable although the bathroom was rather small. However the restaurant was fantastic with the food being of the highest quality. Would definitely stay here again as long as it does not take 43 more years !!

It is always very nice to return to the Hotel du Moulin; the rooms are very comfortable and importantly the food is first class. Each evening we enjoyed a four course dinner with wine provided by Jean the chef who's menu selection is always varied and beautifully cooked. It is certainly very good value for money. Hope to visit again...

We sought out a cheap hotel in the Malmedy area of the Ardennes as a base for filming a documentary on the Battle of the Bulge. This was it and what a find it was; slap bang in the centre of things, laden with history and the food - to die for! Jean is one of the 132 top Belgian...

The hotel is situated in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside. We stayed with friends for a weekend, and took the half-board formula. Overall we found that it was good value for money and the food served at dinner was delicious, but I have rarely seen such an expensive - and complicated - wine list. Breakfast was good. The...

I stayed at this family-run Hotel for four nights last week; the room was large with a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom, however the high point was the four course gastronomic dinner each night, beautifully cooked and presented with accompanying red and white wine, there was not much room for breakfast the next day! The price for the...

Nice spacious room with good bed. Bathroom perhaps a bit smallish. Nice garden and terrace. Superb dinner and breakfast served on each table. Very friendly and personal service. Impressive -but expensive- winelist. Well recommended!

We stayed here before and we remembered the good restaurant. However, the hotel is very poor and expensive. A bad mooded man asked 95 euro per single room (bf incl) on Sept. 29, so not in the high season. There is no luxury at all, so we cannot understand the 3 stars. But there are many good restaurants in Belgium,...
