On the outside, the hotel looks abit old. But once you get inside, everything is very modern. The staff is not overly friendly, but still ok. The rooms are nice and spacious, modern and clean. Nice bathrooms which have a rainshower.

Good hotel for a weekend for families when there is snow in the surroundings. Breakfast is basic and the global idea is not to invest too much in visitors. We booked this hotel with hotels.com and the price announced was € 118,00. Arrived at the hotel they told us that there is only one price for family rooms : €...

Great location, nice new building, but very poor service. Reception was painfully slow, and had allocated a double room with double bed instead of the double with single beds we had booked. They were unable to reallocate, so offered (on our suggestion) to arrange for the double bed fixings to be unbolted to provide two single - after a wait...

This hotel has a lot of potential but is not able to make it true. Very unfortunate, but we would definitely not recommend it. The first appearance is not special; its parking space and entrance. But once inside the hotel is positioned fantastic. On a hillside, with a view overlooking the lake and a fantastic terrace. Rooms are creative and...

an easy journey from the Channel port en route to Switzerland. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Glad we had upgraded to lake view though we were there only a short time. Lovely aspect with quiet garden where we were able to have breakfast

Everyone else had the White wine delivered in an ice bucket, we didn't !! Had to get the desert menu ourself. Generally not very friendly...

This hotel is situated at an unique location nearby a lake. It is easy to reach by car, plenty of parking places available. Especially if you plan for outdoor activities in the Ardennes or Luxembourg area, this is a really good base to start from daily. The rooms and facilities are good and clean, as well is the breakfast.

The hotel is situated above the lake of Neufchateau. It is a pretty new hotel, with modern decoration. The reception staff are very young girls who are friendly but no more..... The rooms are clean and spatious (we had a duplex room with lake view). We dined in the hotel the first evening. It was OK but nothing special (waitress...
