This is your typical Belgian brasserie. It also has a hotel, but I did not stay there. I've been to the restaurant a couple times. Always for a quick snack or a coffee, never for an "extensive meal". The food I had in general was very good. Service absolutely friendly. Nice interior. Definitely worth a visit!

Not your typical hotel, more like a huge house.Clean and tidy with well presented rooms.Very nice and welcoming staff. Decent enough breakfast especially when Chris cooks the eggs 😉All in all good value for money. Restaurant gets quite busy which is a good sign.

Cant speak much about the hotel, though the old fashioned, quaint setup is a treat to see, reminding us of the old movies. Breakfast is simple, and presumably family run, so personalized attention is possible. No complaints though. Opt for the superior room.

I stayed at this hotel in April with a friend, and found it to be ideal for our short, two night stay. The hotel is located in a pretty square and is only a couple minutes walk from the train station and high street where you can find anDespite this the area was really peaceful at night. Several people have...

We travelled and based the choice on previous reviews chose this place. Our stay was four nights. When got in a waitress eventually gave us our keys and told us whereabouts the room was. We spent a few minutes looking for the room due to how the numbers are placed on the walls. On arrival it was not evident how...

My stay at this hotel was by fat the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is in a great location, near to the shops and other restaurants however this does not compensate for the unsatisfactory quality and unbelievably appalling service we received from the staff. Let me start off by saying that this establishment is a restaurant...

There was a mouse in the room, and the staff who had been friendly up to that point tried to find me a new hotel but the manager stepped in and wouldn't let them and treated me terribly! do NOT stay in this hotel/eat at this restaurant-there is a problem with pest control!

On arrival was left waiting 30mins for someone to see to me. Also a film crew were running all over the place during my time of stay. Room was a lovely size and very clean and most of the staff were extremely pleasant. The one thing I was disappointed in was there was no water in my room and I...

This is effectively a restaurant with a few rooms so one of the waiters checked us in and gave us a key to our room. The room itself was a good size but not much else to say on a positive note. The toilet seat had been left in the closed position but as soon as we attempted to lift...

The hotel tells you that you can park in the square outside. What they don't tell you is that if you haven't moved your car by 8.00am, you are liable for a €300 fine! Thank heavens for an understanding policeman, but nevertheless this made for an early, stressful start to the day that we could have done without. That being...

“Do not accept a room over the main entrance, particularly room 4. The noise level from patron's, the church chimes, the traffic and the bin men are at levels that ensure sleep is routinely disrupted.”
