I think my criticism of this Hotel is about its management which has created a culture that is almost anti customer. We were treated as if we were a 'bit of a nuisance'. Like at breakfast (which was reasonable but became such a Bun fight we stopped going). They started clearing away at 0930 when breakfast didn't end till 10....

Nice and quiet resort with lush vegetation around. Small, but lovely comfortable rooms. I particularly loved the pool, so nice to jump into the fresh water when you come back from the beach. Perfect location, great staff, good breakfast, I will definitely come back again!

We stayed in a well appointed room elevated above central reception area. These are private at that level, but quite exposed on lower levels to public areas, the pool and noise and walkways. Bed OK, mosquitos abundant, pool very salty, but plenty of kids. No private beach allocated. Breakfast OK.

I just came back with bad experience from this hotel. I was be accused twice from Hotel staffs about my swimwear. Despite, I wore a swimsuit in a pool!! At first sight, a hotel staff thought I am a Chinese customer even though I was speaking Thai with my daughter while playing in a pool all the time. I explained...

The resort is magical! Really beautiful and well-decorated with botanical garden, tropical plants, swimming pool, elephants, rock statues and all rooms are super pretty. It was amazing. There were 3 Pokestops inside the resort. And rare Pokemon appear around and inside the resort all day all night! Great staff. Super polite and helpful. Great breakfast too.

Although I visited the island a number of times before this was the first time to stay at this location. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach it does have direct dedicated access via a passageway. From experience I would class this hotel as equivalent to a 2 star international hotel situated in a popular resort. It is...

We visited this hotel as part of the long Mother's Day weekend. The main dissapointment from this hotel was the structure, the main building includes the poolside, the restaraunt and the lobby, there are no other public areas in the hotel and privacy to the rooms is only obtained if you close the curtains. The lobby is exactly where the...

This place is really nice. We had a deluxe triple, and the best part was the huge bathroom. Loved it. The breakfast is also pretty amazing with a lot of options. Not a beachside place but close enough to Ao Phai and SaiKeaw

As others have said you cannot check in before 2pm. We live in BKK and got here early so we had to entertain ourself on the beach for 3 hours. No big deal. We did have a 45 minute wait for reception to find my booking as she tried to tell me I did not have a booking although I...
