I had waffles with fruit, amazing. The whole breakfast was quick, tasty and what a lovely little gem this cafe is. Downside, coffee is in a small small cup and their Americano coffee is more like an expresso. But overall, quick and good service. Average on price, if you are on a budget check. I think it's reasonable.

Had two good nights at the Big Whale! The staff is nice and friendly. Their English isn't the best, but they try! The room was very clean. The bed was a little bit hard. The shower was good the first day, the second day we had smelly water. The breakfast is really good! Can recommend staying here for this price.

We ate there in the morning. We ordered burgers and pancakes with egg, It was very very good. Only bad thing that their english was pretty bad The rest was nice. Musik got played their and the musik was very good. Pancakes were fluffy and Burger was fresh

Customer service was lower than poor because the staff who checked us in did not even show a single interest. She was busy eating and babysitting and seemed bothered that we were there. There was no room cleaning. The new towels and bottles of water were left on the outdoor table. We could not sit outside our room because there was dog poop, a cat and a lot of flying cockroaches. When we checked out, the staff kept on coming to our rooms telling us to move out. We were the only people there!!! There was no instance when a staff smiled or spoke to us in a polite manner. Never. It made us feel that we were unwanted. The room was ok. Good bed. Good shower. Looks clean but dusty especially the tv, the crates, the floor and it needs to be more sound proof.
