I have stayed long time ago and i don't know the room conditions for now but location vise, the resort located 20-30 minutes away from Khao Yai National Park and very close to vineyards. Kham Reserve being up on the hill and i would say one of best view in the area for restaurant/lounge they have. Highly recommended !

Despite other negative reviews from previous visitors we tried one of the three caves and loved it. A late evening drink on the terrace above your own cave bungalow is worth the smaller windows. At the end you are there to enjoy the nature rather than staying in your room. Special mention to efficient and yet friendly service from the...

For Westerners this place is not a 'resort'. It is a place with a lot of charm and was a great place for us to relax. It is far away from the hustle of Khao Yai main street. A car is required to get around. Meals were lovely, the staff were very helpful - especially the Mai and Mei (our...

We had a great experience. To provide the latest update and address some of the previous posts: - Value - was very good relative to the location and prices of other properties. - Facilities - well set up and clean. Got the little things right, e.g. hair dryer, umbrella, torch etc. - Staff - very helpful, had coverage of English,...

I don't know where the last reviewer stayed, but he certainly didn't stay at the same hotel as I did!! This is a beautiful place, well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It is NOT rundown and in fact beats other places around this area for comfort, views and amenities. The room is well stocked with bathroom amenities and has a...

Quiet location with some nice views; otherwise below average accomodation and food. Now run down and in need of refurbishment. They wanted cash deposit via bank despite having credit card guarantee. Staff seem inconvenienced by guests - prefer to watch TVs

The 2-bedroom villa my family stayed in was called “Baan Kham 1” and it didn’t look like anything shown on www.khamreserve.com at the time of my stay. Looking at their web site again now, I believe only the “Cave” rooms are good enough to justify the price asked. To make matter worse, the unit I booked was listed on booking.com...

The room is clean with basic amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, body lotion, shower cap and cotton buds). Hair dryer, sandals and slippers is provided. Breakfast can be chosen from porridge or ABF set. Dinner under the candle light was very romantic with the great taste food.

We recently had our 4th stay at Kham Reserve and it has been amazing each time, the staff are very friendly, the rooms whilst very simple are clean and comfortable. The best bit is the restaurant area, which has incredible valley views. The menu is a bit limited but the food is of a high standard. The breakfast is included...

Kham is a charming hotel. It has a beautiful view of the valley below. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, which is served by ordering not by buffet. Even though the outside of the hotel may look like a typical Thai resort, the inside is modern and clean. The only reason not...
