Probably the best guides and Tours in the area, for an unforgettable experience, especially for our children ! (Lots of tricks with insects, very interesting comments on the animals, great walk in the jungle and in a batcave). Food is realy great, and genuinly spicy...More

Booked accomodation+tour by email, they responded in minutes with all important deatails. For those idiots who can not read,it is clearly stated in email that accomodation only is NOT available, but only with the tour booked also. The 1/2 +1 day tour was just perfect,...More

Surprising amount of wildlife spotted given the fact that a road runs through the National Park. Nothing can beat the sound of Gibbons and to spot them and hornbills as well as wild elephants on a day tour with Greenleaf Guesthouse was a great success....More

Hi Livetorav, I'm reading just now! Hope to be still useful.. You can book writing them an email to the address you find on their website (Greenleaf Guesthouse & Tour Khao Yai Thailand).

Did you stay in the nicer (with AC) rooms? I hear they have more 'luxurious' rooms back behind the main hotel? Does anyone know how much more they cost? We're a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teens). Also, anyone know the starting and ending times of the night and day tours? We're hoping to arrive in Pak Chong (by train from Ayutthaya) mid-afternoon, and then do the night tour with Greenleaf. Then do the full-day tour the next day. We'd love to be able to get back to Pak Chong after the full day tour in time to catch the 8pm train back to Ayutthaya. But maybe that's cutting it too close? We'd love any advice/suggestions on the logistics of getting to/from Ayutthaya in a somewhat efficient manner : > Thanks! P.S. What's making this all sort of difficult, is that I've read it's very important to avoid going on a night safari on busy weekend nights in Khao Yai, since it's insanely busy and we'd be unlikely to see any animals...any thoughts on that?
