Located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Tarkarli in Malvan, we started our service with a vision to provide a perfect holiday destination for every tourist who desires to experience a fun filled & memorable holidays at least once in their life.
Room was awesome, food was home like, very supportive and helpful staff. The place was clean and spacious, private access to beach was dream like. Unfortunately, we could spend only 1 night at the beach, hence could not enjoy the plethora of water sports, sight seeing options etc. Plan to revisit again, for a longer duration asap. Good for family outing, you can spend your day relaxing and enjoying the scenery, kids have lots of games to look forward to.

The Beach Stay has Excellent Location, Its Walkable from the pristine beach of Tarkarli, Clear Blue waters tempt you for a dip beach, recommend staying in Sea View Room, Very good homely food and personalised service. Water sports and scuba dives are organised by the team at Grande vista.

We were looking for a quiet and relaxed vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place had to be withnin 12 hours of driving time from Mumbai and Tarkarli fit the bill perfectly.
 The resort:
Please do not expect Maharastra to match Goa in terms of beach resorts. Maharasthra has a different charm and I would suggest that you approach this resort with an open mind.
What I liked:
1.     Relaxed village type atmosphere. No stress of city life. Ample availability of hammocks and Swings to while away your time or catch 40 winks!
2.     A cane swing in every room!
3.     Secure and uncluttered parking area
4.     Ample play area for kids.Smallish play area for adults.
5.     Beach is in the backyard. Beach is a 2 minute walk from the your rooms. This is the biggest USP of the resort!
6.     All rooms have a balcony which is beach facing (but note that not all may have a beach view)
7.     Awesomely tasty seafood available at reasonable rates.
8.     Hospitable staff ready to help at all times
9.     All meals served either in the main dining area or in the comfort of your rooms as per your choice.
10.  Arrnagement for watersports done by management.

What I did not like:
1.     No swimming pool available
2.     No wifi connectivity (even in lobby area)
3.     Resort doesn’t have an alcohol permit
4.     Need to place order for lunch/dinner, two hours in advance.
5.     No buffet breakfast.
6. There is just one moderately stocked general store outside the resort. If you need anything which is beyond this shop then expect to travel for 4 to 5 KM.
7. Kitchen closes by 10.30 PM. May not suit all.
Note that I was aware of most of the negatives before hand and they were not major let downs.
All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would not mind visiting this place once again.

Hello, I have made it a point to write down a review this time, never do it really. To start with, we had planned for vacation very late that to for the busiest period of year end of year.After a lot of search for accommodation in trakarli,we were very lucky to find accommodation that too at Grande Vista. We were looking 4 rooms, but 3 rooms were available at GV that too because of cancellation. I had directly called the Ms. Shirke for booking, she was very welcoming and all the booking formalities were very professional. ROOMS:-The room photos are not available so we very little worried about it. But believe me the kind and size of rooms is fantastic and huge. The room sizes are big, having entrance foyer attached with bathroom, newly made and modernized huge bedroom with king size bed and a balcony at back facing sea....the ground floor rooms dont have direct sight of sea but the first floor rooms have sea view from the room. The rooms are clean and can accomodate 5people or more easily.They have worked on every detail and provide goodnight as well....24hrs hot water is avlble...another good thing is they have only 7rooms so the quality of service is good. Wifi is also availble for free PLAY AREA:-There is a play area for kids in the backyard with slide , seasaw and swing... they provide badminton set, volleyball and carrom so that kids can enjoy and so as the parents. The beach is just 2mins walk, it is clean white sand,quiet and secluded beach with hardly anyone around. You can hear the sound of sea waves in you room... Staff:-The entire staff is very wecloming and the service is perfect and immediate. FOOD:-The food served was very delicious,hygienic made by the local ladies which just tastes home made and pleasing for the tummy aswell...U just need to make sure you make order well in advance as they prepare to order..we had to wait for 1.5hrs for lunch when we had arrived but the wait was worth it....my entire family enjoyed the tasty food... The overall stay was fantastic we also wanted to extend our stay but the rooms were not available... I would recommend Grande vista to all who wants to visit tarkarli for luxury beach home at very affordable price... Kunal

Ok so i am not writing this review on the basis of my stay in the hotel..... Its regarding the surprise that was arranged in the hotel.
My brother had visited the hotel to celebrate his 1st Wedding Anniversary .... I wanted to give some kind of surprise to them on their arrival at the hotel.... So i got in touch with the hotel & spoke to Ms. Shirke (a very humble person who gave me ideas of what can be done for surprise). She asked me to get in touch with Mr. Fernandis who is Manager at the resort.... Mr. Fernandis was also very attentive and said that he will arrange the suprise for the couple.... I thought that he won’t be able to arrange things properly as i had called him few hours before the arrival of my brother in the hotel..... But I was amazed myself and surprised to see how well the surprise was executed by him and his team...... Hats of man.... My brother and his wife when entered the room was very very happy looking at the surprise.....
I am sure that all of us will cherish this whole our life and this was only possible because of you guys....

Very nice,neat and clean place,food is awesome just like home.service is very good.rooms are so spacious. I just love to stay there.they provided us a cake on my daughter's birthday.its feel like a home away from from.just 2 minutes walk from beach. Beasch is so neat and clean. My daughter enjoyed so much in play area.staff is very good.

We booked 4 rooms in the last week of October 2016, paid via online NEFT and drove down from Mumbai. The road was good till Kolhapur, and then the route shown by Google map led us down some ghats which were picturesque, but the roads were very bad for 3 hours. The Hotel is situated two minutes from the beautiful Tarkali white sands beach. There is a private road and entrance to the beach. The rooms are AC, huge, with big balconies with a nice view of the beach esp from the first floor. The balcony also has a swing, some easy chairs to recline on and a stand to dry clothes, very thoughtful! There is an intercom in he room and cable TV, but no kettle or fridge. There is a big foyer before you enter the room, with a cupboard. The bathroom is also very spacious with running hot water. We ordered food from the hotel a couple of times and it was delicious.The breakfast is usually ready only after 830 AM. The beach is very safe and not crowded. But the fishermen with the huge line nets bring in their catch and leave quite a bit of unwanted sea creatures on the beach, which can cause a stink sometimes. There is a nice garden with a lawn, and a gated parking space for around 6 to 8 vehicles. Mobile network is patchy, and the hotel free wifi also rarely worked when we were there. Over all a great place for families to get together. Scuba diving is 5 kms away. The water was quite murky and visibility was only 2 metres. Water sports activities were good fun though. Hope this helps!.

Right on the beach! Lovely staff. The food was excellent. The wifi was not working too well. But they were very helfpful in getting it set up. They got us a guide for the water activities and we had a pleasant stay and a fun time at the beach! I wish we had stayed a few days more

The best place to stay in tarkarli. This property offers complete package. Excellent spacious rooms , great view , 2 minute walking distance to beach , yummy food & the most important - personalised service & genuine care for guest. The rooms are really big with a huge balcony where one can relax on a swing and hear the tide throughout the day. The bed is king size and hot water is available throughout the day. They serve delicious food with great warmth. The beach is barely at a two minute walking distance through a private path. Its like having your own private beach. They also have a great kids play area where my 5 year old enjoyed a lot. The most important factor that stood out was the service provided by everyone from reception to manager to attendant. They ensured all our wishes were fulfilled promptly. They even arranged to activate certain TV cartoon channel within 15 minutes. Hats off !
A big thanks to Rajan , Arun , Santoshi & Rasika for making our stay memorable and wanting us to come at this serene place again & again.

We total 2 couples had a two days stay at Grande Vista. The staff is very accessible as well as vigilant. Location is best and cottages are also spacious and immaculate. There is ample of place where one can enjoy outdoor games with their friends. The last but very crucial thing is FOOD..... It was Savory. I would recommend Grande Vista, the best possible stay option if one is interested to visit tarkarli.
