Location: Close to beach. but it is not that great like other beaches of kokan. you will see dogs and cattle more than humans. Rooms: compact, bathrooms are very small. sleep quality is okay. staff : courteous, gentle, helpful. room service: okay Cleanliness needs improvement.

We stayed in the Suite room. It was spacious and clean and had a wonderful sea view. It overlooks the sea and you can hear the waves. Lying down on the bed we can enjoy sea view and see the waves. Room had a plush feel. The bathroom is big and clean. Toiletry supplies were in plenty. Only thing missing was in room tea coffee supplies. Otherwise it was perfect. We stayed there for 2 nights and the house keeping was good. The reception and the restaurant staff were very courteous. The restaurant staff was especially highly service oriented and made you feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was tasty and a good spread. However the bfast timings are 8:30am onwards. But, They served us tea in room at 7:30 and we left to see the petroglyphs at 8am. While we enjoyed the dinner at their restaurant, they didn't have enough seafood options. They just had 2 types of fried fish and one would expect more seafood options at a restaurant by the beach. There is an excellent sea food restaurant just next to theirs. So we had our second night dinner there. Ratnadurga fort is very close by. Also the jetty right outside the hotel is good to take a night time stroll or an early morning walk. We were thrilled to see phytoplankton bio-luminescence in the waters near the jetty. Overall. we enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, pleasant and cheerful.

I went to visit the Petroglyphs of Ratnagiri in May and June 2019. i stayed here for 2 nights in 1st floor, room 107. Pro. 1. Most rooms give a view of ocean except the ones at the back. I could see the sea with my head on the pillow. 2. Restaurant on patio faces the sea, it is just 50ft away. Can't beat the view. 3. Room and toilet are decent size and clean. I was there for 2 nights. It was more than enough for me. 4. Room had balcony. If you open, you invite mosquitos. The hotel supplied good.knight in my room 5. Room had electric kettle and tea coffee packs. I barely stayed in so did not use. 6. Station in just 20min away by auto. INR 200/- fixed rate for locals and tourists. Hotel arranged for it while leaving. Same fare from station. No bargain. 7. Booking etc. was done with the help of Mr. Kanchan Athalaye. Most helpful gentleman. Cons. 1. I arrived 6.30am while the check in is in 10 or 11am. I had no where to park myself, do my morning rituals and take a bath. I had barely slept in the train. So it was a problem. Similarly my train back was at 11pm. I had no where to go after check out and paid half tariff for a room till 9.30pm. This hotel may consider keeping a day trip facility with basic toilet and wash.

I stayed in this hotel on 27 and 28 october 2018. Hotel location is good and near to Beach. Hotel room also spacious and neat. But the bath room is too small. It is so congested and having no space to even stretch your hands. There is an in house restaurant and it is very costly. But the food is not at all tasty. As I am a vegan, i can only opine on that part. The entire dishes we got were not at all tasty. Even i wondered how these people serves such tasteless food. But no other veg hotels found nearby , we were compelled to eat there itself.. service and hospitality are good. As they claim, it can not be called a resort as far as I am concerned. Can give three star maximum for the location, neatness and service..
