worstever expercience with this house as its not a villa its a house in society with lots of rules, u camt play cards with family , your children cant play and make noice because society people will complian about u , and if u plan for party then they will threaten you to kick out of house immediately without refund(as they demand full payment before) ,

‘ALCOHOL and SMOKING is strictly prohibited in the premises’, it is clearly mentioned in all the communication before taking the bookings as well as on the check-in form which is signed by the guests. One cannot try to impose it after check-in is done. Unfortunately, Maharasthra is situated between a state to its north where ALCOHOL is banned and a state to its south where ALCOHOL is free flowing. When some people travel they forget that each place has its own culture and decorum. There can be many alternatives to have fun in the world other than ALCOHOL, SMOKING and SCREAMING. It is better to research well before anyone makes bookings, to avoid cultural and mindset shocks. Though accidents do happen sometime.. take care. God bless..

Batter to stay at hostel. Only Cleanliness and space is good Apart location far from beaches, Decipline like boarding school, No sound, no alcohol, no party, no celebration Even A.c was and geyser was not working in 2 rooms and refund was only 500 per rooms after paying in advance full payment in huge amount, Apart of welcome drink nothing complimentary even not want to compromise for any thing, Guests are coming so far from places and they behaving like hostel attendents for decipline... Only the place where our mood was ruined... We didn't argue bcoz we all were professional doctors but even though lack of facilities they refund only 500 rs per room for 2 rooms only!!! So my humble request to owner to keep this bunglow as bunglow not like hotels, resorts or villas ..

The villa is beautiful- managed by a really sweet and friendly person. Front desk person Manisha Desai is really warm and hospitable. The home made prawns curry was yum. Must visit place for everybody

This is an affordable homestay located at the heart of the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat as well as nicely arranged. It contains specious lounge and dinning area fully equipped with CCTV. Parking facility is also available. They provide tasty and homemade food. You can opt this place for stay with no doubt. Fully satisfied.

One of the best Homestay I have stayed in the recent past. Rooms are clean & spacious. Service is very good. Selected munu Food available on request. Enjoyed the tasty fish thali served. Best value for Money. Staffs were very courteous. Location is within City Limits and accessible to all nearby locations. Would suggest for a pleasant stay at Ratnagiri.

The home stay has a great location in the main Area in Ratnagiri city. The Room are so neat and clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous & helpful. Food & service is good. Food is very tasty fresh . Garden is well maintained. We will Definitely visit more often.

Just like each one of you ;The beginning of a new year is a very important part for our family too and we welcome it with our Kuladevi darshan at Aadivre a village in Ratnagiri district . Ratnagiri is a port town in Maharashtra, western India. A place we visit every year as a base for our temple tour. This year we decided to explore a home stay ‘Mango Villa’ in Ratnagiri. Where do I start? The Mango villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. From the first moment we walked into the villa, we were greeted by Manisha and the staff with a welcome drink Kokam sarbat. The staff ,Vilas,Jyoti and Manisha, are wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. They are very helpful and lovely to be around, yet know how to blend into the background and still be there when you need them. The house manager, is there to check in on what you might need and will take care of your needs. Jyoti Kaki and Vilas, are the villa’s private chefs who made us many delicious Maharashtrian lunches ,dinners as well as breakfast every morning. Awesome food!!! Will have to mention that the team is exceptional in cooking. Am sure I have put-on a few kilo’s just in 2 days of stay. Three cheers to the entire team! This home stay , the house,its garden is all beautifully built and maintained very well. If you need to retreat as well then there is plenty of room for you to find a cosy corner of the house to settle into a good book . The rooms are spacious and quiet too, so you can shut out the world when you need to rest up. We stayed here for 2 days. Very neatly maintained property & most courteous people I have come across in the near past. We stayed in the first floor room that has a nice balcony with a view of a small temple.The chirping sound of birds was a welcome way to greet mornings. To see spectacular villa illuminated at night in all its Glory set the tone for the next two amazing days. Mango villa - a home away from home. Such an amazing home with high class hospitality, great food, homely affection . We feel incredibly lucky and privileged to have been looked after so well by all the staff. We feel totally rejuvenated and restored and a bit sad to leave. A magical place with magical people. I'll be back in no time at all!…

I loved staying here with my family. The rooms are so neat and clean. Food served was always on time and very tasty. Chicken, Fish, Solkadi, Poha, Sabudana Khichdi, Aamras, Modak, Idli Chutney Sambar, Tea etc were so fresh and yummy. People who made and served the food were also so kind and helpful. The person with whom we discussed and booked the homestay also suggested us a good car service for sightseeing and visiting different places in Ratnagiri. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Ratnagiri and also recommend it to all my friends. Just would like to make one small suggestion to them it will be awesome if it's possible to attach a little better shower heads. But overall it's an amazing place to stay with family for vacation.
