We (a family of 3, including a 5 yr old kid) visited for 5 days and had the most amazing time. The place is nestled in between giant silver oaks; coffee plants (and other fruit plants) abound. For folks used to city life, there could not be a better option for a break. Ms Boji owns this place and she is ever smiling, always enquiring about the guests and ready to help. She went out of her way to make my daughter comfortable; helped her forage fruits and vegetables and showed flowers, ducks and birds. Mr Bopanna runs the plantation and is a treasure trove of information. The food is excellent. Their akki rotis and pork is to die for. And, the rice balls, and the neer dosa, and the jaggery infused payasam - the list goes on and on. Rohit and Vijay are always available, ready to help you with the smallest of things. By the way, the coffee is great! Highly advised if you want a homely experience and want to enjoy life.

This little haven amidst the coffee plantation in Somwarpet is definitely worth a visit. No frills, no fancies; if you are seeking a simple living in a lush greenery, eating home cooked food, sleeping to the squealing sound of crickets or waking up to the chirping birds, this is the place to be. Friendly, warm and hospitable Couple who owns and runs this place are not only a wonderful hosts but also have acute sense of detailing that will not go unnoticed by how they have designed the homes or landscaped the resort or even the little artifacts they have placed in the common areas. The place is not very far from touristic attractions like the Malahalli Falls, Dubare National Park, The Harangi Dam, The Nisargadama wild-life sanctuary etc. Wi-Fi is restricted to Lounge Area only and the mobile network could be dicey. This is my second visit to Coorg and I must admit my trip this time was much better compared to the first.

We went with extended family with people of all ages. Hosts are very warm and staff is hospitable! We stayed for two days and enjoyed thoroughly. Food is simple but delicious. Estate is well maintained and all around the place is refreshing . The lake is serene and we never once felt the need to get to our digital devices... truly digital detox! Rooms are comfortable and they go above and beyond to fulfill any of your needs. Will return again sometime! Thanks Boji and everyone else!

We had been to this place last week. Its a huge place with 15plus acre with coffee, black pepper plantation. The local food prepared and served by Mr. Rohit was amazing. USP were farm fresh Chikkoo and Oil Less Dosa. The list is big but received amazing Hospitality. All the staffs were good including ramesh and Vijay. The place has the proper village style construction. A beautiful fish pond with lotus plants in the centre of the house. The place where we stayed had four rooms with the fish pond in the centre along with a sitting place. Early morning you will start hearing the chirping of birds. Simply superb place to get away from crowded city life. You can feel the nature and breath fresh air.
