While words alone cannot do justice to describe Little Jungle, we welcome you to experience the Estate Stay, yourself. Spacious & Elegant guest rooms recreate the ambiance which has the blend of traditional architecture with modern amenities. Outstanding hospitality is our moto. LITTLE JUNGLE home stay is a unique holiday spot located within the Coffee & Pepper plantation. If you love to trek or venture into the coffee plantations, it is the place where you get to see the first hand insight of an estate.
Let me say that I came across little jungle through word of mouth - I didn't find it anywhere on mainstream sites that I generally use for good deals (goibibo, AirBnB, Oyo). It was a stay I will never forget! I wasn't expecting anything when I arrived at the location. The interaction between the owners (Mr. Bopanna and Mrs. Boji Bopanna) before I met them was outstanding to say the least. They kept everything authentic and real - from the room rates to the services offered. I even enquired a lot of other services (it was my dad's birthday and I planned to surprise him with a cake) and they readily obliged. I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous approach by their staff as soon as I reached their hotel. We were a big family (about 12 of us) and they readily picked our bags and kept it at our respective rooms. They constantly kept me informed about the route to take and also checked with me if I had any difficulty to reach the place enroute. Throughout our stay, Mr. and Mrs. Bopanna as well as their staff took complete care of us. The location and the property itself is very peaceful and beautiful. You will not get a mobile connection and if you get one, you're lucky! But wifi is there at the property. Food is top class! If you want to taste traditional madikeri/coorg cuisine, you will definitely enjoy the time here. Many rooms overlook a small pond where you can see ducks swimming. The room rates were very reasonable. I will give it a 5 star rating for sure. Not to say that there's no scope for improvement - there definitely is in anything in life, but I have no complaints at all. I will visit this place again, just to interact with the super couple who took care of us very well. Do not think twice if you want to stay here. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Bopanna, and to your kind hearted staff for the time that we spend there!

Having travelled all girls with kids alone, we wanted to get a comfortable place with homely atmosphere and away from the concrete jungle. Little Jungle Home Stay came as a surprise for us when one of our friend's suggested the place. We picked up the suggestion and this is something we will never regret all our lives .. and the memories will stay as evergreen and fresh like the plantations where we stayed. Mrs. Boji made us so comfortable and safe and what with her wonderful staff always on call and catering to all our requests with so much patience... Excellent food and we got to taste the authentic Coorg delicacies. Fruits being plucked fresh and served to us - an experience we may not get at all places. Kids had a great time with the various games. A walk through the plantation and the miracle plants that were grown gave us so much knowledge of the various species we were seeing for the first time in fact. The yummy avocadoes we were gifted by Mrs. Boji topped it all, including fresh real honey and coffee we could buy at the resort itself. The artistic nature and look of the resort in itself and the rooms being decorated with so much passion speak for itself. Thank you so much Mrs. and Mr. Bopanna for making our stay memorable and we will cherish our stay at Little Jungle all our life. God bless.

i am Mrs. Hemalatha Singh. Had visited Little jungle resort recently with my husband. stayed there for 3 days. only regret is that we could not stay longer. What can I say about the place and more importantly, the hosts Mr. and Mrs. Bopanna. The resort is unique in itself with so much character and heritage. Spacious comfortable rooms with huge clean beds. The expansive greenery surrounding every room was a sight for sore eyes, and the lack of television added to the ambience of going back in time. loved every minute of our stay and will definitely go back. the hospitality and welcome accorded to us by the hosts made us feel immediately at home. Mrs. Bopanna's exquisite taste is revealed in the beautiful artefacts scattered around the resort. the huge dining hall provided us with delicious food. We could request whatever we wanted to eat and it was provided to us without any problem. the well trained staff did not spare any effort in looking after us. if you want to unwind, this is the go to place. want to go back in the monsoon to enjoy the lush landscape and their warmth and hospitality. home away from home. compact, comforting, cosy and beautiful.

I travelled with my family of four Kushalnagar and from there proceeded to our pre booked destination 13 kms away to a lovely property called The Little Jungle Home Stay. Situated on a 30 acre coffee and pepper plantation, The Little Jungle Home Stay is home away from home. Luxuriously built with tasteful landscape and surroundings, The Liitle Jungle Homestay is a great place to spend a weekend. The property owned by Mr and Mrs Boji Bopanna is truly remarkable. Mr Bopanna boasts of a 32 fruit trees on the property. The home stay can accomodate 25 guests with 11 rooms, fully furnished with all aminities. A large dining room surrounded by three large ponds add cool breeze. Rohit the cook and his team dish out some mouth watering coorgi dishes. The estate sells it produce for those who are interested to buy.

What an unforgettable experience it was at the Little Jungle Home Stay in Somwarpet Taluk Coorg. My wife and I were treated with such nice hospitality and care from the staff throughout the stay. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy. The location of the home stay held within the coffee and pepper plantation, among other trees and vegetation was simply exquisite. It was simply like a forest retreat with all our needs being tended to. The food prepared was traditional Coorg style meals, and it was like being served at home. Just pure organic food that was so flavorful and fresh. The staff took care of us like family, and attended to everything we asked. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Mr. Bopanna and Mrs. Boji for the lovely experience and stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area.

We liked every bit of this place from the moment we got out of our car. Chirping Birds, the flowers all over the garden welcomed us as we were served with hot coffee. The room is filled with Dhoop stick perfume and the sight of Sun rays protruding through the glass top on the roof is exquisite. Even the bathroom is naturally lit. We will have many options to hang out with nature, be it the courtyard or the teahouse. The hospitality and attention provided by Mrs. Boji and her staff can be remembered forever. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Regards, Kishore (Hyderabad)

If you are looking for a relaxing holidays amidst nature, you must visit "Little Jungle" Resort in Somwarpet, Coorg. We, a group of four family friends, recently stayed there for 4 days. "Little Jungle" is actually not that little in terms of it's overall size. This is a resort amidst a huge jungle estate. It's a place that will give you a dream home experience away from home. We were welcomed with lush green jungle with various trees, exotic flowers, fruits, fresh vegetables, in house water bodies and coffee plantation. We also converted our trip into an adventurous one and connected with wilderness by visiting few of their recommended local sites. It was amazing as experience. I am back from my holidays but I am still recalling those peaceful silent moments that was only broken by chirping of birds or the amazing flavours of arabica and robusta coffee that are manufactured inhouse. The early morning mist, coupled with the sense of adventure in moving through the entire jungle estate, experiencing the coffee plantation, finding dew drops on various exotic flowers, beautiful engineering excellence of the making of honey and lastly the peace which envelopes you when you finally sit down after a bit of a trekking within the middle of the jungle is an experience to cherish. People and food contribute a lot in our holidays. Once we enjoy food and an amazing hospitality, our resort experience shines automatically. The best part of this resort is it's people, they provide personal touch to each and every customers without disturbing the privacy. You will get various information and history about the jungle as well as the surrounding places and it's rich traditions. You get classy food options, they are flexible to prepare if you wish to have any specific food of your choice. I still can't forget my morning coffees, it's pure, tasty and can be enjoyed straight with hot water with no additives. I prefer the black version that provides a pleasant aromatic aftertaste which lingers on the palate for several minutes after consumption. What an amazing experience to start a new day! We highly recommend you to visit the resort. The stay will naturally boost your dopamine and you will enjoy and recall simple things more !

One of the best places that I've stayed at. From the 1st interaction with Miss. Boji (owner of the property) to finalising the visit, it was just a breeze. We had a team offsite at this property with folks travelling from diff part of the country. The property is away from the busy Madikeri, which is still ok because its very serene and peaceful. One could do a morning trail walk in the property - its a coffee estate; with Boji as your walking guide. The cottages are well maintained and they have a play room (table tennis) One could ask for a camp fire set up and they would oblige (we had 2 camp fires on 2 consecutive days) The Food is just tooooooo good / fresh and real time cooked Hospitality is to the next level I don't recollect the name of the caretakers - they were very helpful, accommodative. The entire team left with memories that would be cherished for sometime because we met each other for the 1st time and Little Jungle was the icing on the cake because we got time to gel as a team. Thank you Little Jungle and Miss Boji.

We stayed in the suites specifically built for "working from home" and I can easily say that it was the best experience ever. It is a beautiful property - the little pond at the back, the redstone buildings, the plants all around, are all lovely. The evening walks within the estate were also very calming and wonderful. The location is perfect - it is at a perfect distance from the main city, which ensures that the commute is not bad, and at the same time it is far away from the city hustle We also got really good food - homemade coorgi delicacies like akki roti and pork I've been to the place twice already and I would love to keep coming back.
