Natura Vista lies amidst lush green terraced coffee plantations. A home away from home in the lap of nature. The estate bungalow is nestled in to the landscape and the tiled hideaways of our guest cottages lie close by. This is our proud heritage handed down by our great grandfather who bought it in 1940 from a European family.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed there during last weekend and the experience was amazing. The cottage is amidst coffee plantation and view from Balcony is wonderful. Our kids enjoyed this place very much. Nikesh was very kind enough and very supportive. He was always there within next 10 min whenever we needed any support. Thanks to Nikesh for arranging a cake for our kid's birthday. Special thanks to Nikesh's son Tanish for being us most of the time and taking us to private falls, plantation walk & explaining about coffee varieties, etc. The food was homemade and very healthy and hygienic. Overall, it was a memorable stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Natura Vista is located less than a KM from Madikeri KushalNagar Highway amid a coffee plantation. The cottage has a living area and a good size bedroom with all basic amenities and toiletries. What we enjoyed the most is its wide balcony with unobstructed view of the plantation and u can spend ur day just enjoying the view , listening to birds chirping or by reading a book or u can go for a romantic walk on the inner roads towards Horur village which are less travelled. It was raining , so we dint get a chance to stroll through the plantation trails and visit a waterfall with in the estate. Mr Nikesh, who owns the plantation was courteous and paid a visit to know about our stay and arranged a late breakfast as requested. They serve a set course dinner for a reasonable price and the food was both delicious and sumptuous. The place is more beautiful than whats shown in the pictures and we enjoyed it to the fullest just unwinding. My only suggestions would be replacing the current opaque curtains with translucent ones to allow more natural light and providing a immersion rod water heater just in case of power failure ( Cottages has a UPS incase of power outage for couple of lights and fans)

Natura Vista Plantation Homestay was a perfect place for me to unwind! I had a room whose balcony faced the plantation that woke me up to the sound and sight of the most beautiful birds- chirping and fluttering around. Cottages are clean and equipped with filtered water, a mini refrigerator, TV (that i didn't need to use at all), hot water (gas geyser also is there for times of power cuts) and a wifi dongle with moderate speed. Airtel and Jio networks work well. The walk by the tar road right outside the property is beautiful and serene. Food is served to the room. Variety in breakfasts and dinners are really nice and scrumptious. Hosts are extremely warm, friendly and pro-active in taking care. I travelled solo and found it safe as well.

+1
After lot of complentation, we decided to stay here in the amidst of nature. There is a small hall, which has stairs for attic room and way to bed room. Bedroom is connected to balcony, through which we can see the coffee plantation. The view looks good in the morning time through attic and balcony. During the night stay, entire place has been illuminated by path lights, which looks visual grandeur. We stayed in room no 3, we personally felt room no 1 is more suitable for privacy and it has small garden (as room no 3 is share wall with room no 4). room no 1 and 2 are same. just positions are different. 2 at center, 1 at left side, and 3,4 are right side. Food is delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the food there. Initially we thought that food I'd over priced while ordering, but after receiving order, we realised that quality matters. It is absolutely home made food, some items are better than "home made food". Don't miss the food from here. Their attention to details are amazing. They kept brush, toothpaste and even the carrom board coins are arranged so perfectly.
Pros:
1. Food
2. Arrangements
3. Privacy
4. Attic room
5. Balcony view
6. dining set at outside
Cons:
1. Secluded area
2. No Netflix/prime in TV

If I could I would have given 6 stars.. Please read the whole review. This property is located in a remote place. It is almost 10 km from Madikeri town and 15min walking distance from main road or highway. So if you want to access the town and its restaurants or coffee shops you need a vehicle. Even for doing local siteseeing you need a vehicle and the taxi services are expensive. You can rent a bike instead but it is a hassle.
The good thing about the location is that it is situated deep inside a coffee plantation. So the views from the room are amazing. From the room no 1 where we stayed, it felt like we are sitting in a tree house surrounded by a jungle of tall trees and coffee plants.Plus ou get to live in a bunglow witha living room, bedroom, and two balconies. Our bunglow even had a lawn or garden in front of it and a big swing as well.
They dont serve lunch so we had to go to a restaurant called Naad Kaapi on the highway which serves good Coorgi food. Breakfast and dinner was served by them which was very good although the quantity was too much for us to finish.
The town of Madikeri is not much to write about so it is better to spend time at the property soaking in the views. If you like to go for a walk the road outside the property is good but there is no place to walk inside the property. Dont expect resort like amenities. As far as homestay is considered it is excellent.
The coffee plantation is huge and there is a pond on the property. They even gave us a cake for the New Year's. And the owner even drove us in his own vehicle to a nearby waterfall which was really beautiful, even better than Abbi Falls. They served us breakfast even before 8 (which was their usual time) whenever needed. I would highly recommed this place to everyone.

Best location with your gang to stay which is just 700 meters from msyore-coorg Highway. Rooms were the best and owners Mr.Nikesh and Mrs. Sajeena took us with complete care by providing delicious breakfast. Rooms were neat . Three concerns/request is please pour insecticide around the room because there were some hairy caterpillar which was roaming in balcony. Next one is please add any two meals including breakfast because per day cost was bit higher for us. Please keep a board near to the stay because peoples without maps cannot able to find inside the road from highway and if its gated property families can think its more safe to stay. Apart from this everything was excellent. Thanks for your care.

A really good place to relax! the staff and the owner is friendly so you feel homely.
The rooms are clean, and the homestay is in a very quiet area which is outside the city.
Just chilling in the homestay gives peace of mind, instead of travelling to tourist places.

The headline: The location is amazing, the food is excellent, and the cottage is very comfortable.
First off, you are surrounded by greenery, and this becomes clear as you drive down a narrow path towards the cottages with a dense collection of trees and plants everywhere!
The cottage itself has a living/dining room with a few chairs and a table, a single bed, a fridge, a TV and a kettle. Then there is a bedroom with a large bed plus a fold-able bed which you can open up for a 4th person. There is a clean bathroom with hot water available. The main electric supply was not always on (given I visited in the monsoon season), and only the lights could be turned on then but this is to be expected in a place like Coorg.
As for the food, I recommend trying the local Kodava cuisine if that suits you - that is absolutely delicious! Any other food is definitely tasty, but not as special. Also, try out the local wines which the owners can arrange for you - I could not get enough of those (especially the betel leaf wine)!
All in all, this is a spot I can wholeheartedly recommend.

We visited during March 21. This plantation stay is located around 10 kms from Madikeri town. The homestay is in dense coffee, spice plantationwith thick tree cover. It is a very quiet and peaceful location. Only you can see and hear different birds singing. There are 4 independent cottages like a suite with hall, bedroom and specious bathroom. Also have one balcony facing the plantation where we can sit and relax in easy chair, similarly we can relax in front porch. The room decor in all rooms is excellent. It also has tea coffee making facilities in the living room. There are also some books for reading and chess and some other games. We can have a nice walk around the plantation Generous breakfast is included in the package. Veg & Non-Veg dinner is also available with prior intimation. Dinner too is generous quantity.
The owner Mr. Nikesh is very nice person and ensures that you are comfortable during your stay. He also arranged car for us from Mangalore and for local sightseeing. He can arrange good homemade wines. His son Tanish showed us the plantation. Nikesh’s wife Sajeena is very good cook. This homestay is truly a homestay and the owner and family treat you as a personal guest with personal attention.
Concluding, our stay was very nice and refreshing and we are planning to visit again this year.

Natura Vista, a plantation stay is everything you would hope for and more if you are looking for a nature getaway. Situated between Suntikoppa and Madikeri, this is perhaps amidst the densest part of coorgs vegetation. Mr.Nikesh and his wife Mrs.Sajeena are excellent hosts. Everything from Breakfast to dinner is served at your cottage. The food is heavenly and has all the flavors of Coorg.
Each cottage has a spacious and well appointed living room and a bedroom with attached shower room. The best part of the room is perhaps the balcony. It is here that you become one with nature. For armchair birding, this is heaven! I was able to photograph Orange Minivet, Purple-rumped sunbird, Red-whiskered Bulbul and Black-Naped Monarch to name a few.
A walk through the plantation was very refreshing too.
For a private cottage stay amidst nature, this property comes highly recommended!
