It's in the middle of a coffee estate beautiful place to stay and enjoy the calm and cool environment. We enjoyed every bit of our stay..it's very homely. The food is too good. Both taste and the way they serve is too good . The people are very friendly and cooperative.. Mr Kishore, Manage and Mr Roshan.. they are wonderful.. very affectionate..had a very nice time... strongly recommend to stay here
if you are looking for a home-like feeling along with green coffee gardens around and a few activities to enjoy, Abbydhama is the place for you. the staff here is very helpful, rooms are good (definitely needs bit of maintenance here & there but you wouldn't notice if you don't take a deep look). The swimming pool is at a really good location but needs a bit of maintenance there too. Roshan is the front desk manager & he is just an awesome guy. he would help you with everything you need at any time. Its near to Abby falls & Mandalpatti, as you would need to visit mandapatti early in the morning to get the best of it. I would definitely recommend this place for a cozy family stay & good food.
The place is ideally located in a coffee estate away from the town. Plenty of greenery and at an approachable distance from all facilities. Rooms are maintained well and service is good. Food is homely and economically priced. Highlight is the SERVICE WITH SMILE which cannot be forgotten
Customer Service is very Bad. This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were friendly. Also flush is not working.. Please don't go to this place. Choose any other place. Here there having there own rules. Not able to camp fire. Not able to get out. Please Dont come to this resort..
Clean rooms. Tasty breakfast. Nice photo ops. Relaxing stay for a night. Loved the treehouse and the views it has to offer. Given that it enroute to abby falls and close to mandalpatti jeep pickup, its ideally located.
Property is very huge and awesome. The artificial lake, play area, amenities all are superb.manager was very kind and soft spoken.we had a great time staying there and would recommend this place. For family This place is good They can improve in food
We were very happy by their treat and mainly the staff members are very kind and for less price we got all the amenities to enjoy including stay. Overall it was a good experience and for sure we will visit again.
This is our second visit after about two years. We of three adults and a child of 10 years scheduled our visit to coincide with a marriage function on 25 Dec 2021 but rescheduled our visit to Feb 2022 owing to the COVID VARIANT especially in view of the child. The food is strictly vegetarian and the staff accede to request for non onion, garlic preparation. What was very pleasing about the youthful staff is their dedication and they move with the owners Mr Chidvilas & Mrs Sandhya ably supported by the manager Mr Kishore as a family. The kitchen chief Is again a youngster Satish who works magic with all preparations. Pawan, Roshan, Johnson, Prasanna, Sumitra & Leela are the infectuous enthusiasts forming a formidable team. When Satish is off on a work, the ladies are equally capable of creating the magical food items. The sylvan settings around the property with singing birds add to the charm of this homestay. Coffee powder with Arabica & Robusta mix, pepper, honey are part of the items sourced from the estate. The team is very prompt in attending to any issues of cleanliness, helpful spontaneously and with pleasing manners. A must visit place for anyone coming to Madikeri.…
A sneek peek into the nature in prime location of Madikeri, enchanting view of lush greens. Must mention the top notch hospitality from Abbydhama team, very welcoming and accomodating. They guided us for hassle free sightseeing. Home like food and courteous staff. My family enjoyed the in-house activities. Looking forward to visit again with my friends. Thankyou team!!
We stayed at the ‘Hale Mane’ in Abbydhama in Dec 2021 and had a refreshing experience. The serene environment, the superb views of the surrounding hills, coffee plantation, foggy and lush green meadows, the chirping of the birds are lovely memories. The Hale Mane took us back in time with its loft (atta), tiled roofs and open spaces surrounding it. The hosts (Mr Chidvilas and Mr VijayRaghavan) made us feel very welcome and they dropped by to have some enriching conversations in the evening around the bonfire. Mr Chidvilas even sang a melodious song (Bhava Geethe) in his wonderful voice. The food was simple, homely and tasty. Recommend this estate stay for anyone who is looking for a peaceful time amid the beauty of nature.
