Great location with amazing views but due to the monsoon we couldn't explore the plantation. Accommodation was nice and the staff were always around. The food was good but not fantastic. The owner took us on a tour and taught us all about how the coffee tea and spices are made.

The plantation is beautiful. We were given a great tour, albeit short because once we got there we were told this was not the right season to visit. In fact they were going to close it in two days because of rains. Would have loved a heads-up. Our mistake. So please do not go there during the rains. As there...

If you are in Coorg in Karnataka state of India and have an interest to live in a home stay in a coffee estate then it's worth staying in coffee estate and spend a day or two with Ludwig who will passionately take you around the plantations of oraganic coffee and it's roasting process Then if you wish to club...

Our stay on this small organic plantation was a magical respite from a busy sightseeing holiday. There are just two guest cottages, which are basic but adequately comfortable, each set alone in the trees with a private terrace looking out over the plantation. You are disturbed only the the sounds of birds: the hustle of the city seems a million...

Our room was comfortable and simply elegant with skylights that allowed us to watch the stars at night. The plantation buildings and rooms are cosy and have been carefully crafted with the natural surroundings in mind. This is an ideal destination for anyone wanting to avoid the size, 'hype', and generic quality of larger resorts.

Wonderful stay here. You really feel like you are a part of something special. They are so passionate about food, especially organic food. Everything provided was delicious, especially the homemade bread and pizza in their wood burned oven, and the traditional coorg pork. We had a lovely tour of their grounds, saw where the tea and coffee is grown and...

My partner and I, and our two children, aged 2 and 9, spent three nights at this quiet retreat in mid-December 2014. We loved it. We arrived at Madikeri on the bus from Mysore, then took an auto for the 7kms or so out to Golden Mist (Rs 170). Look for the sign-posted turn-off to the right about 800 metres...

A lovely quiet place to get away from it all. Vasu , the Co - owner is an absolute delight. Mohan and his wife prepared delicious food and even let me in the kitchen to poach eggs! Lots of fresh, clean air . Plenty of walks to do and some incredible scenery with stunning birds. We stayed in the cottage...
