Excellent stay. The rooms are big, bright and very clean. Food was extraordinary delicious specially the staffs and clenliness Manager and the staff are usp of the hotel very polite and helpful. Very nice hospitality.

We have booked quadrauple bed room...for us...we have reached hotel at night 8 pm exhausted,then they informed that room is not available eventhough payment was done one week back.they shifted to another hotel,and the response given by front line staff was reckless.They had called thrice since check in time to ask us when will we reach but not even once did they mention that room should be changed..they mentioned at night and that too very casually...our rental car dropped at the hotel and went away.This is not the way they treat tourists.

Hello sir, sorry for the inconvenience on that day, on that day previous guests child while playing spilled a juice on bed, as it was late checkout we were unable to clean, so as we spoke we shifted you another property with premium room that too, and we arranged a cab ( the other property is only 100mtr only) as we know how it feel when it happens. visit again sir we will serve you well..

Good hotel with basic aminties, staffs are nice,neat clean felt like home, bathroom was very clean, had intercom in room, positive vibes, complimentary breakfast was tasty.. had more than 8 variety off breakfast....

Stay was nice. Staff polite and co-operative. Double room was clean and comfortable . Washrooms are clean. In room tea coffee maker and iron also. Multiple points for charging and one usb point fir mobile charging also. Veg restaurant is nearby . Breakfast is complimentary and it includes sandwich, yogurt etc. From upper floor rooms view is nice. Bus stop is there. Location is good. Airport and Visa center is near

A nice place to stay in coorg. In the center of the city. Accessible to shopping areas by walk. Not very cozy place but very much comfortable. all the staffs right from security to housekeeping, front office are very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean. "Udupi the veg" their group hotel is awesome place to have food. the best in the town which is 2 mins walk from the hotel Couple of items on the downside 1. They do not have a ceiling fan near the bed. they have a wall mounted table fan in the corner 2. They must improve the quality in room cleaning 3, Their complementary break fast is not that great, probably coz their group restaurant which is 2 mins walk from this place
