Hygiene - Yes, Rooms are maintained well and kitchen is also maintained well

Value for money - Yes, bcoz of the location & Hospitality, Also cottages are bigger in space compared to normal cottages rooms.

Nature Retreat - Yes, Bcoz most of the resort will have blocked view but this resort offer great nature view .Also a small waterfall next to resort makes it still much better place to stay.

Food : Choices of veg and non veg available which can be ordered from kitchen with Extra cost. Chicken items i ordered were best . Better to inform your choice of food while booking the room so that same is available when you arrive.

Clean and well maintained rooms and food was just amazing. The staff used to go to any length to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and made sure that we had great time. The location is just perfect if you are looking to get away from hustle and bustle of city life and yes definitely worth the money. One suggestion would be to have some sort of activities for kids to keep them engaged.

Great place to stay and amazing service. The location is picturesque - there's a lovely small waterfall, ample privacy and easy access to the dining area. It is also really nicely located and close to most attractions. The best part of the trip however was the service - Noel, Nannaya and the rest of the team were super helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience delightful (including a surprise cake and a super-late coffee). Definitely recommend visiting this place and staying a few days.

So simple yet so elegantly built! Best luxury resorts in Coorg with best-staying facilities. I booked Ibnisprings Coorg resort online. When I visited the resort for check-in, I saw the interiors were amazing. So well equipped and managed resort. Unimaginably good hotel services.

Also got free wi-fi, the speed was super cool. My hotel room was hygienic and cosy. The stunning views of the Coorg's nature greet you from the window. The Natural waterfall is one of the main attractions, it touched my heart. Appreciate the owner of the resort for treating the guests so special. The staff is highly concerned about the small needs of the guests. Kudos Ibni ! 👌

We had a great experience in IBNl spring. The Manager 'Wayne' and the staff were very helpful. The food was served hot and being a vegetarian they provided food according to our requirement. Our cottage provided us with a view with a natural spring in their property, which was very good. I will definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay and a wonderful experience. Thanks a lot for making our stay more memorable.

As the name says "Ibni Springs" this property is having natural spring which you can see at any time. One of the best property visited till now. Food was really yummy and can't believe at such a reasonable price. If you are going to Coorg then explore this property. Kudos to hotel staff and owner also they are very friendly.

Words are not enough to describe IBNI Springs because what we see in the pictures is completely different. IBNI Springs Coorg Homestay is far better than what it looks in the images.

Charming resort amidst Madikeri hill station, this resort has everything you can expect. The hotel staff is polite and treats us in a friendly way. Equipped with adequate facilities like LED TV, beautiful furniture, free parking, free breakfast, and quick taxi services also available if needed.

Hotel staff deals with inquiries efficiently. We wanted to see nearby locations to explore, so they guide us in detail. We tasted Coorg's brewed coffee and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. A must-see side of the resort is the waterfall. It was gorgeous looking. Loved it, we'll definitely come back 😊💯

Ibni Spring is a beautiful homestay with coffee estates next to it. The rooms were clean and spacious. A family of four can be comfortable in the room.
Food was made as per our choice and to our liking. The staff in the resort were very friendly and took hospitality to the next level.
We had a very relaxed holiday during the pandemic.

Food menu is limited for dinner but there are few restaurants like Fresman etc are nearby at approx 1-2 km. There is a big space which is used for both parking, play area and bonfire. The breakfast has only 3-4 varieties including one seasonal fruit alongwith tea and coffee. I have been served with Poori Sabji, Idli Sambhar Chutney, Omlette and Watermelon at 1st day and Idli Sambhar Chutney, Dosa, Bread ButterJam, Omlette and Papaya at Second day. The connecting road is broken at only 2-3 places which anyone can manage as I have managed too.
