A decent hotel with clean and elegant rooms. The rooms might feel small but just apt for one or two day stay. The bathroom is spacious, clean and hot water is available 24x. AC and fan both are available along with wifi. The hotel is in the middle of the town, shops and other amenities are easily accessible. Parking is available. The staff is friendly and polite and always willing to help with queries. We enjoyed our stay here.

Central location,walking distance from central bus stand. 2-3 sightseeing places at walking distance. Hotel is good with decent rooms and good supportive staff. I was there with my wife for 3 days....

Good hotel but need to still maintain well...In the centre of town and easy access for all amenities... Good for family and neatly built. Cozy sweet rooms and good decent staff...Parking space is less hence big buses would have hard time...

I visited the hotel in the month of April 2019. The location is good & near the market. Rooms are clean but too small. Limited car parking is available . Buffet breakfast is there with limited menu. They don't have kitchen or restaurant.

Not recommended for the following reasons below: *Room has damp walls and very small size for the price. *AC is controlled by receptionist at a fixed 24 temp. *We ordered chilly chicken, chicken was not at all fresh and hard as stone which dogs also wouldn't eat. They charged us freaking Rs.290/-. *Food/breakfast is not worth at all. So pls don't think of eating anything here *There was no water since morning. When asked, they told to work out with bucket water. Paying upto 2k and flushing toilet through bucket water? Very disappointing. Expect few staff being nice, it was a worst experience. Please don't waste your money!!

The pictures of room have ben taken strategically so that one can not identify that the rooms are very small in size. they are beautiful but with no/ very little space to manoeuvre. even the luggages do not get a dedicated space. in addition to that hot water was not available, the set top box was not recharged. after repeated calls and conversation with different individuals the set top box came online in one hour, but the hot water never came. reply which the staff kept on giving was 'you will get it in another 15 minutes', finally at night they change their reply and say it won't come now but you will get it in morning. however no change in the morning as well. personally I would recommend to avoid staying at this place. the approach road to hotel has little space to manoeuvre and very cramped parking space.…

Nice hotel newly built or may be renovated. Nice clean rooms and even room size also okk. nice spacious bathroom with good water supply but i experience issue with hot water as in my room it was coming so eventually they change my room on second day. food is ok as their was no chef for dinner and in morning ok ok breakfast nothing special. the Staff was very friendly and room service was also good. liked it as there terrace restaurant has nice look of the city and mountians.

Checkin was smooth. But lift was not working when we reached but on second day it was working. Room interior was too good . Bathroom was huge. Restaurant provide good tasty veg and nonveg food. There was no view from the room. But if you are looking for just stay in madikeri then it is really a good budget hotel.

Pros: -> Hotel location is ideally located in the middle of the town. All site seeing places are well connected. Autos / Cabs are available in plenty to travel around. -> Though the breakfast spread was limited, food quality was good. -> Check - In experience was smooth though we reached earlier than the check-in time; all facilities were made available for us. Cons: -> For the amount paid the room size was quite small. -> Lack of windows made the room stuffy and dark. -> Bathroom in the dining area was stinking whole two days that we stayed there. -> Delayed room service. Repeated calls had to be made to get things done. -> Final billing experience had them missing out on including our dinner bill for the previous day. The same had to be pointed out to them and we had to recall our own order and get the bill made.…
