It was a really really nice place to stay. We were looking for some place which can take us closer to nature and shut down from the stress. It was exactly the same. Beautiful view of estate from the wooden cottage we stayed in. Very good service. Actually they just pampered us with servings of coffees whenever we can think of it and simple home made but absolutely delicious food. Owner Ms. Grishma was also very good and always there to help in whichever way possible.

wonderful location to stay. But the rooms were not clean. They showed only outer view of the room. Inside it was terrible to stay with kids. we stayed in the row wood house (4) which was shown in the picture. They listed like 24hrs hot water facility. but they said since its a hill station solar heater will work after 9 o clock only... by 7.30 they will on the geaser. This spoiled our entire plan... We have to wait till 7.30 to get hot water... We have to wait till 8.30 to get our breakfast. No welcome drink nothing.. For 2 Members they will provide only one towel and one sample soap for 2 nights.if we ask for extra towel they will charge 250. They will not provide mosquito coils nothing. Food was ok like a homemade food. They gave wifi password but its not working.. they listed as TV with DVD Player. TV is there but no cable connection. powercuts in hill station is usual. but they will not on Generator nothing. We used our mobile phones torch till 6.00 AM... If we call them in night for any help they definitely wont help. when you try for second time their mobile will be switched off.

Excellent location. Very much attentive staff. Competitive cost for stay.Just charged 2k for wooden cottage( unbelievable). Really nice breakfast. For lunch/ dinner we need to order in advance. We ordered non veg meal for dinner which was nice too. They provided chapati/rice/dry pepper chicken/kadai chicken/ rasam. Better to have own transport. 3km from madikere.

A perfect calm and quiet location. Great view, located in the midst, surrounded by greenery. about three kms from city on virajpet road. It was a nice wooden cottage. This being my 1st stay in wooden cottages, it was a pleasent experience.

Nice quaint little place. We stayed in the main house. Which is basically a house with some make shift rooms in the first floor. The rooms were neat with a basic bed, some sheets quits pillows and an attached bath . The walls are paper thin..Don't expect luxury cause you won't get any. But if you are looking for a clean cheap place to stay then this is the one. We got breakfast free with out booking. A basic South Indian breakfast with bread and coffee...the taste was very nice but don't expect a big spread. The lunch and dinner was a bit expensive..So we ate out..you get cheap food all around so that won't be a problem. You will need your own transport to get around otherwise it's very difficult to go around.the staff were really friendly and helpful
