Room is clean, food was good. Parking is exhaustive. Garden area have maintained well. Staff is quite decent. They refuse to transfer my booking to another KTDC but I think technically it was possible.

The hotel is located in the best location facing the valley in a central place. The rooms are neat and clean but not worth paying the existing tariff. Food is good but there is a limited choice in the menu. Breakfast buffet has only 3-4 items on men. But ample parking space and excellent view around are the plus point.

As is the case with most of the government owned properties, this property is located beautifully. Ample parking space and large rooms is so good to have during your stay. The staff is courteous and well behaved, the food quality is also good. The property may miss the glam-sham of a private property but then the location and other amenities sort of compensate for this. It is just about adjacent to the Raja's seat, and the back yard of the hotel itself has an excellent view of the valley. We went in as a holidaying couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Valley view December end and I must say their hospitality was incredible experience. You can trust this for quality as this is run by KSTDC. Well maintained amenities, spectacular evening sunset view from room window as well as from open view restaurant. You can spend quality time with family and friends here. Thank you.
