The hotel is a 2 floor structure with no elevator. Location is a little out of the way, and getting public transport like rickshaws and cabs is difficult, so have your own vehicle. The hotel has a swimming pool and a SPA.
The room is of fair size and clean but is old and outdated. The room needs to be renovated, especially the wooden furniture. Basic amenities except refrigerators are provided. For fair size room, it was very odd to provide a small 20" TV and that too not in center but on the side of the wall. The viewing is difficult. There are no side or bed lamps provided. WIFI is very poor and goes off frequently. Toilet surprisingly was modern with modern fittings, including a large mirror with built-in LED light. All toiletries are provided.
Food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast has a decent variety. Room service needs to improve.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Overall, it's not a luxurious stay but a good stay compared to the package cost. Reasonable tariff.

Good food .Good service at the restaurant.variety of dishes good .The booking interface however needs to be improved. Lazy and rude people who are not interested in explaining the room availability or tariff or even taking calls. This will reflect badly on your image over time.

This hotel is situated in the heart of madikkeri. This is a small sleepy town endowed with natural beauty. So you cannot expect five star accommodation. But this hotel is satisfying in more than many ways. The most important quality of this hotel is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. People in Karnataka towns are genuinely warm . Room is well maintained. Small complaints of house keeping are solved immediately and most important factor is the feeling of safety. Breakfast spread is decent enough to make both adults and kids happy. The staff takes personal care to get you fresh food and coffee from the live counter. The only complaint i have is the short breakfast time from 7.30 to 9.30. No body will be ready at this time in this place as most of them come to relax here and not for business. Attention to detail like a packet of biscuit in the coffee tray is what sets them apart from usual stays.

We visited Coorg during 22nd to 24th October 2022 and stayed at Hotel Coorg International.
We had a wonderful & memorable stay.. It was made most comfortable by Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Manager as he was too caring. He personally took interest to make sure that Veg Food are served properly with all possible hygiene.
Rooms were very spacious, neat, clean and having all comforts. Staff also is very cooperative & caring.
Overall, I would say it is home away from home.
Great People, Nice Property, worth staying.

Overall it's a nice place. Rooms were clean and also the swimming pool was good. Parking is also fine. Pls carry your own drinks as this hotel doesn't have bar or serve alcohol. Good hospitality by people. But the only complaint i have is the food is too too very expensive and it's almost more than any 5 star hotels in bangalore and quality was also not that great. Except food everything else is fine with this hotel.

This hotel is located quite near to center of the town, so one can easily walk to the main market. Hotel room was spacious, clean. Staff was courteous & helpful. Their "Silver Oaks" restaurant serves varied dishes, including a local one everyday. This was very much appreciated. I particularly recommend Mr. Praveen in the restaurant, whom I found very attentive & particularly helpful.

We booked a Suite at Hotel Coorg International with our 2 young sons and we are very much happy.
It is situated in the city but very calm and peaceful, you don't feel the buzz. Very convenient to visit other attractions.
Staff are very polite and humble.
Food is very tasty.
Rooms and bathroom are very clean.
Bathrooms are nicely renovated and are beautiful.
Rooms are large.
Only drawback is rooms have passed it's prime and looks old though they are nicely painted.
Management should seriously think of renovating these rooms.
Apart from this everything is good. Hotel has beautiful flowering plants and greenery all around.
Wife had a massage at hotel spa it was very good but hotel told the rate as Rs 2850/ and offered 10% discount but while billing they added taxes and it crossed Rs 3000.
Overall we enjoyed our stay there

The Hotel insisted on 11 am check out. I pleaded with the Front office staff to allopw till 12.15 as I had only checked in previous day at 7 pm-But no heed was paid. Found this to be very rigid as the Hotel was not full. They said that they want to clean the room after 11 am-I said that my luggage was packed and they could do so.
The Spa also closed at 6 pm when the Menu said 8 pm.
Food was good but the attitude of Reception staff must improve.

The rooms and toilets were neat and tidy. I had booked two rooms and there was water choking and accumulation in one of the bathrooms .
When we went out for sightseeing in the morning , had requested for cleaning the rooms however was informed that room cleaning will happen only after 2 p.m. however was informed that it will be cleaned on priority.
When we returned by 2.30 pm the rooms were still not cleaned and happened only in the evening.You cannot be so lethargic in the hospitality industry.
The breakfast buffet and dinner was very tasty and having variety .
If service levels are improved it would be a nice place to stay.
