We were in what was effectively a two-bedroomed small townhouse, with a large double-bedded room and a smaller twin-bedded room with only a skylight. There is an upstairs small toilet and a large bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower downstairs. The kitchen area off the large main room was quite small and had limited cooking facilities.

In a nice neighborhood on a quiet street we arrived at the Mews. A modern up to date Motel with very attractive grounds. The room was very spacious, clean as a whistle, comfortable bed, large living room and all the amenities one could expect from a motel were on hand. We used the laundry facilities which is a huge advantage while...

Good motel to stay in when you are visiting Hobbiton movie set. The movie set is 25-30 mins away from this hotel. We were going to arrive late in the evening after their office hours and the lady at the reception was ready to accommodate our request. Very helpful staff. The rooms are good, not fancy, but you will find...

Really nice, comfortable, accessible and big bathroom (that's a biggie), but supposedly six hours free internet that didn't last more than two (and I did log on and off as advised). When are hotels and motels going to accept that wifi is a necessity, not an add on. As a foreign traveller. NZ, like Oz, is very hard on data....

This Motel has to be the best in Cambridge. Very nice place, and the pricing reflects that, however, for the price you pay I would expect more TV Channels. Days of limited TV channels are over for accommodation premises. Also Wi Fi should be included in the tariff. This place just needs to update itself on what people need nowdays,...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt overnite whilst visiting hobbiton. Nicely furnished but we had to share a bathroom. It was away from the road and whisper quiet. 5 mins drive to restaurants and middle of town.

I suppose it’s the old story “You get what you pay for”. During our recent visit to NZ we stayed here and it was easily the best accommodation we had while in NZ - but also the most expensive. Had lots of nice touches like an extra TV in the separate bedroom, a spar and kitchenette. There appeared to be...

Stayed in the 2bm which has the bedroom upstairs. if you have difficulty with stairs then this may not suit you - you need to inspect. However the motel room was large and had everything we needed and was quiet. Room very clean and kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Popular motel so don't delay in booking if you are...

A nice place to stay within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants/cafes. Rooms were comfortable, clean and very spacious. The owners (including their dog Wilson) were very friendly. Hear a bit of noise from the street and from the fridge which kept me awake at times being a light sleeper, but other people wouldn't mind. Would definitly stay...

We stayed hear for two nights and were delighted with the accommodation. The separate bedroom was let down by a lack of hanging space but nevertheless was very comfortable. The Bathroom was well equipped with a Jacuzzi and a large walk in shower. The kitchen area contained everything we needed. The lounge area was furnished with a sofa bed and...
