I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The bungalows have hammocks overlooking the sea, breakfast as well is served practically on the beach (but in the shade), there is a big swimming pool which I had practically for myself. Nice staff. You can see plenty of frigates Pelicans and cormorants from your hammock. There were problems with hot...

This is a wonderful place, we have visited twice. There is a beach, a restaurant, a swimming pool and pleasant people to enjoy it. Unfortunately the inn has gone into decline. Even two years ago I got the sense that it wasn't being maintained. Yes, they have done major renovation work recently but for me it is the rooms that...

Punta Ballenas is such a beautiful ocean-front property, and my husband and I very much enjoyed our stay there. We found the hotel at 9am and lucked out with a reservation for that very night, at an oceanfront room! The room was simple but nice, with a 2.5 plaza bed (a queen), a fridge, TV, wifi, a fan, a decent...

This is my favourite place to stay when I am in Mancora. I love this place for the rustic style, how close it is to the beach, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and the great service when I am there. It's truly a hidden gem in Mancora!!!!!!!!!!.

We stayed in town one night the next day went looking for another place and came across punta ballenas on the point. It is run by a family who has had it for around 30 yrs. The place is rustic! But soo relaxing, breakfast in the open air dining room, the waves lapping up to the boundary and only a...

“I liked the rooms on the side as opposed the front looking ones. The ones on the side are more private as you have access directly to the beach.”
