Stayed in the roundhouse studio rooms, we had the ground floor room and my parents took the second floor. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms and mini kitchens (fridge/sink) upstairs room has a hob too. Terrace and balcony offer wonderful view of the beach and fishing boats. The little bar and restaurant just opposite does great breakfasts. The owner was really...

As always, u get what u pay for. We arrived late and the host was already asleep. After a ring somebody appeared blaming us. The room is less then basic. The kettle wasn't available. A tv was offered but not visible. We don't need one, but when it is offered.... two towels were in the bath. No soap and no...

The rooms are Waikiki are basic but comfortable and offered good value for money. The location is super – right on Frenchman’s Bay (perfect for watching the gorgeous Treasure Beach sunsets) and close to some great restaurants as well (Frenchman’s Reef & Jack Spratt). It was unfortunate that breakfast wasn’t included as that would have been the cherry on top...

We were so pleased when we found Waikiki Guest House right in a central location. Very close walk to Smurf Café, Jakes and several restaurants. The biggest plus is it is right on the beach! We rented a small room, but it did have a fan and a constant nice sea breeze. We went to bed with the sound of...

This was the only spot available during Calabash festival, and we were pleasantly surprised. Simple and basic, but all the important things--screens, cross breeze, fan, good mattress, patio, sea view, Internet. Only pillows were lumpy. As an aside, it was convenient to Jake's where festival took place. As in all of Treasure Beach, friendly people. For so little money, this...

For the price, this was a decent place to stay. Right on Frenchmans beach, however there is barely any shade on the beach during the day. We wound up walking down to Calabash beach each day instead, much more relaxing without the bars and hustlers. The room was a bit small and there was no coffee maker but you can...

No doubt the best part about this place is the location. It is right on the ocean and you can literally roll out of bed and onto the beach. If you want a relaxing and chill vibe then stay here. You don't even need to leave Frenchman's Beach if you don't want to. There are enough restaurants and bars to...

Very lowkey hotel right by The beach. Super friendly staff and good food. The rooms are without ac and the beds not so comfortable, but the cheap price and location compensates for this, worth a stay! Perfect if you just wanna chill out

This was my second stay at Waikiki and I'm happy I returned! I stayed with my best friend, we had the bottom room in the tower. There isn't a separate room for a bathroom but it's still private, we didn't mind the setup at all (slight divider keeps it separate). And it had a direct breeze coming off the water...

We didn't stay here, but we had our delicious morning coffee, and also lunch, at the restaurant. The view from the porch and gazebo is one of the best in all of Treasure Beach. I loved starting every day watching the fishing boats moored in front of Waikiki. Segree, the owner, is an amazing person, and on a previous visit...
