This is our favorite spot to stay, while in Grand Bend. The owners are wonderful and make everyone feel at home. They mingle with the guests and are always available if you need assistance. The rooms are a bit small on the side where the office is, but lets face it, you don't go to Grand Bend to sit in...

Nice pool, clean rooms, friendly staff, decent rate, WIFI, good location. Would recommend the units further back from the road, behind the pool where parking is a little more spacious and easier to get in & out of driveway and quieter. Only takes about 20 minutes to walk to grand bend beach. NO FRILLS across the road. BBQ's available, and...

Stayed at this motel for one night with family. It was a beautiful day so we had the chance to use the outdoor heated pool. Plenty of seating areas throughout the well landscaped grounds. Although the motel room was small, it was certainly very clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge was a bonus as we were self catering and No...

Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the Grand Bend area and the room were clean and bright. The pool was well kept. Lots of BBQ's to use along with local grocer it stores within walking distance. The owners take pride in this hotel and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this...

This motel is not too bad - the rooms are a good size with twin beds. Its a little dated but no less than what you would expect from a motel. There is a nice pool on the site with some lovely decking areas for BBQ's The price is good and the location not bad. You are a little drive...

This Motel is situated close to town and within driving distance to the Huron County Playhouse. We were pleasantly surprised as The Blue Water Motel is very well appointed with lots of amenities... better than some 4Star Resorts we've stayed at. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom had plenty of clean towels. We spent two nights...

We stayed in a small cottage (#229) owned by the blue water motel and situated right on the property. We rented it for one week and would highly recommend it. It was very clean and well equipped, a charming space that was perfect for our family. We didn't need to bring towels or linens so that was a big bonus....

A family-run motel with an 'A' service of a hotel. I never seen a motel with housekeeping done on a daily basis. Laura was very accomodating and helpful. The only reason why it's 4-star is because of difficulty opening up our door (Room 224). It seems the unlock does not engage. Would recommend and gladly will come back!

Had to find a motel overnight to spend more time with my son's family who were camping in the pinery. I thought since it was the Monday night after the long weekend the prices would be REASONABLE,! The place is very clean and comfortable but the price was outrageous ( but my husband already paid rather then look around)there wasn't...
