The food was excellent and very good value for money. It was presented well and one guest required gluten free food this was no problem. The cod loin with mussels was very tasty so too was the delightful cucumber salsa with the other dish.

We arrived in Mallaig on the Jacobite train and fortunately had spotted reviews for this restaurant. Food and service were both excellent. Many other travellers opted for restaurants closer to the station but this was well worth the extra walk.

We took a trip on the Jacobite with the intention of rushing into the chippy at the end of the platform for a fish and chip lunch. Disaster! We arrived in Mallaig during a monsoon to find that the chip shop didn't open on Sundays....More
