We popped in for a drink and something to eat. We were pleased that we did, it was worth a walk up the hill! The place was busy but we found a table, the staff were friendly. We would go again, the Chlachain Inn is to be recommended

Stayed here on a short visit to Mallaig. We have had several seafood meals in Scotland. The seafood chowder here was amazing. Everyone working there was passionate about there job and service was second to none. Love this small b&b with a big heart and fantastic pub.

A nicely refurbished modern-ish dog friendly pub serving good reasonably priced food just a short walk from the pier. Outdoor deck with seating. Pleasant staff. Nice place to sit and enjoy a beer on a sunny day.

This is a great small hotel right in the middle of town. Could not fault anything and breakfast was brilliant. Restaurant was good offers big choice including vegetarian. All staff were friendly without being over the top. The beer includes real ale.

My husband would recommend mussels with Brie and bacon and my choice burger with haggis. We did not intend to dine which was not a problem (sometimes you feel pressured to...
