Spent one night in this B&B when the one we had booked could not do another day. Margaret was very sweet and let us drop our bags in early in the morning. Lovely room overlooking the harbour, clean warm and comfortable. Good breakfast too. Would recommend.

we stayed here for two nights in July. The B&B is everything people say about it. Its so clean and the hosts are very nice, if a little reserved. The bed was smaller than we are used too but it was comfortable enough. The location makes this B&B excellent if you don't have a car as its just a few...

We arrived in Mallaig and got the last room at The Anchorage. What a great find! They don't advertise on the web; they don't need too. It was just right. I believe the lady was called Margaret. We stayed 12.06.2015

Thank you very much to the lovely lady who let us stay a night at the Anchorage B&B. A very comfortable night with all we could wish for. What a beautiful house. Spotlessly clean and pristinely kept. Fabulous breakfast and a very warm, friendly hostess. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights and could not have asked for better, the rooms extremely clean and comfortable, a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with a good choice of cereals, fruit & yogurt. A good central location, with scenic view overlooking the harbour, we could not have asked for more. Thank you Margaret we enjoyed our stay at your home.

Very warm welcome from Margaret and Jock, very central location but quiet and a fabulous view from our room of the harbour and the Isle of Skye. Both the room and breakfast were tip top and will definitely go back

My wife and I had 3 very pleasant nights here. Breakfast was great and the owners were very friendly and helpful people. Good location, very close to harbour and town, 1 minute walk. We even saw Sea Otters in the harbour looking from The Anchorage. We were very pleased with this guest house.

We have just come back from a two night stay in Mallaig at the Anchorage. It was a perfect place to stay, just two minutes from the station, pier, shops, restaurants etc, but very quiet and peaceful (apart from the seagulls!). We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour, very spacious, comfy bed and super-efficient shower. There were chairs at...
