On arrival the owner informed me he had a room available and the price was £80 for the night , only to find out from another couple who were staying they had paid only £70 for the night . The room was of dated decor... More

Four of us went for Sunday lunch , food was tasty , well presented and hot . Starter was superb as was dessert , main course was a little on the small side but we requested extra vegetables and gravy which we received . Waitress was very pleasant and we forgive her for forgetting our order 😄 The main downside... More

We stayed at this lovely little hotel at the end of last year. We had a great stay and found the staff very helpful and considerate. We had a very warm and comfortable room with a nice shower area which was great. The Scottish breakfasts were brilliant and plenty. Since staying there we have tried to book in on several... More

Just back from a 2 night stay. Usually book into the Queensbury arms but was fully booked. Glad it was because the firth hotel is a gem. Wonderful welcome, immaculately clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

The Firth has new management and is certainly excellent value for money. It is welcoming and the staff are very friendly. The room was large and airy with an ensuite shower room both of which were spotlessly clean and well furnished. The bar is friendly and welcoming and it serves a good number of locals. The only meal on offer... More

Our accommodation was lovely, spacious and clean. The owners were friendly and very accommodating when we asked for a very early breakfast. The small bar attracts locals which adds to the atmosphere of the hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
