I stayed one night with family. The rooms were clean if a little tired and our shower was a little temperamental. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and we were made to feel welcome. My only criticism would be the checking in time. We arrived in Annan at mid day but could not check in till 5. We have family in Annan...

We chose this B&B not only because we'd stayed here 12yrs before when it was run by another but because of its location, due to visiting family both in Annan and Carlisle. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners Tara and David and shown to our room - which was light, airy and very spacious, with everything we...

Very comfortable, clean and warm B & B. Friendly, welcoming host. Excellent value. Breakfast was very good with traditional menu plus imaginative options. Convenient stopping point not far from M74. Also good launching point for visiting Dumfries and Galloway.
