Lovely pub . Nice atmosphere. Excellent beer kept in great condition . Landlord and landlady friendly and helpful . Mixture of locals , walkers and visitors to the area. Real traditional country pub . Love it!

Remote dog friendly pub offering clean, comfortable accommodation. Breakfast gave varied choice. Surprisingly quiet at night given this is the village pub. Lovely pub in picturesque setting with lovely friendly staff and superb food which was beautifully cooked. Couldn't really fit in the dessert but glad we did. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was historic! We will return.
