Tim and Gloria are lovely hosts and they went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and clean with everything provided we needed or expected. Breakfast was great (with off menu request no problem with advanced warning) and as a group the bar worked well. Tim couldn't have been more helpful with the...

This was our first visit to the Pines and wont be our last! We only booked it the day before & were very impressed from the moment we arrived. What a great venue & the owners Tim and Gloria made us very welcome, which helped us relax during our 2 night stay. It is a well kept County House, spotless,...

I stayed at The Pines several times last year while working in the Yorkshire Dales. As a female staying on my own, once I found The Pines I stayed there as often as I could as I felt safe and welcome. The place is spotless and comfortable, breakfast of excellent quality and rooms relaxing and fantastic value. I have been...

We have recently stayed at The Pines for the 3rd time, due to the wonderful hospitality of Tim and Glora. The meals are fantastic - breakfast and evening meals are first class. The Pines itself is a very impressive house, kept spotlessly clean and bright, and situated in an ideal location for visiting the local sites and surrounding countryside, which...

If your vision of Yorkshire is informed by the Brontes, this is an ideal base to explore that notion from. The Pines Ingleton, is a white victorian house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park , run by Tim & Gloria. They proved to be excellent hosts to our party of eleven catering to the need for a...

Mum, Dad and I returned to The Pines (our fourth visit I think) and it felt like returning home or to seeing friends! Tim and Gloria are superb hosts and could not do enough to help my disabled Mum and to help my Dad carry the luggage when he slipped. We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable and...

We have been quite a few times. Tim and Gloria are great hosts and always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are great, clean and warm and spacious, especially when we go on the motorbike. Leathers and helmets take up room. The breakfast is filling - great start for a day of walking etc. The Pines is perfectly situated for the...

We went on our fourth visit to the Pines Country in May - the gem we found on the Internet in 2010. As always, we were warmly welcomed into this lovely Victorian house which has comfortable, spacious ensuite bedrooms, tastefully furnished with beautiful views towards the Dales, Cumbria, the Trough of Bowland and Ingleborough., starting with one of Tim's full...

Tim and Gloria are excellent hosts and made us feel completely at home in their lovely country house.
