Nice old farmhouse with thick stone walls and windows, pleasantly situated near Colne and plenty of tourist attractions, though my purpose was to visit Kelbrook Shooting School nearby on my way to the Lake District. I had a comfortable, very quiet room at the back. Generous breakfast with a good choice. Friendly reception. Off road parking. Very clean, well maintained...

Found Marion to be friendly, helpful & informative. Breakfast was exceptional. Room very clean, quaint and offered stunning outlook. Laneshaw Bridge is a little gem, close to a number of wonderful sights and interesting places to visit. This was my first trip back to Lancashire in nearly forty years and found the the people & weather to be much the...

Stayed 2 nights recently. We had a lovely quiet front facing room which was very comfortable and spotless. Nice touch is that although there are only two rooms, there are separate breakfast tables. Breakfast was good with generous portions. Marion was a very friendly host. Would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our second visit to Rye Flatt B&B. We were visiting the Coronation Street tour in Manchester & as it was under an hours drive away decided to stay somewhere we knew & felt comfortable. Lovely stay once again & made to feel very welcome by Marion & Jim. Excellent location for beautiful walks in the countryside. Wycoller Country...

My partner and I stayed here for a wedding at the nearby Alma Inn and we weren't disappointed. The hospitality offered by Marion was second to none(she can't do enough for you!), the breakfast was delicious (full English) and the room was nicely decorated with a modern bathroom (underfloor heating!) There is also a pub located near to the B&B...

Friend was getting married at the nearby Alma Inn and booked us to stay the night in this delightful place. The room was immaculate and cosy, breakfast tasty and plentiful and Marion is a delightful lady who obviously takes great pride in her home and the service she offers. Would definitely use this B&B again.

My husband & I stayed here for a couple of nights in October. We had booked to go to a concert in Colne & this was the perfect location. The b&b itself is full of character & has lovely countryside views. Our room had all home comforts & a lot more extras than you'd receive in a 5 star hotel.We...

Stayed here when we went to my cousins wedding at the near by Alma Inn. Booked both rooms which are very clean and modern with en suite shower rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and served in a lovely breakfast room. Marion the owner was a great host, very welcoming. Highly recommend this little gem.

What a lovely residence to stay in with wonderful/welcoming hosts Jim and Marion. Fantastic room, so pleasant, clean, very comfy bed, all you need ie beverages/biscuits and other facilities. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to day. Will be back most definately. Lovely pub close by that served a very good evening meal in nice surroundings.

My husband and I were treat to a nights stay here this weekend and I can say the historic building is much loved by the owners, I think there are only two rooms but both really nice, took a peak at the front room this morning when the other guests had left, spotlessly clean and a hearty good breakfast that...
