Stayed at the Linhay with my husband from 01/12/2016 for 5 nights. We had a lovely, relaxing break in a beautiful place. David, the owner, greeted us on arrival and we were made to feel very welcome despite arriving late into the evening. Our accommodation was perfect and we had absolutely everything we could need for our self catering stay....

My wife and I stayed for four nights in Apple Tree Cottage, which was very nice and quiet. The place was well furnished and maintained but with a couple of minus points. 1. We found the sofas not very comfortable as they have really low backs with no where to rest you head when relaxing, but maybe that`s just us being...

We stayed here for 8 days with our 3 year old daughter on holidays. David was lovely and very accomodating- we even extended our stay as it was such a good base for us, close enough to drive for walks on the moor, we could walk to the local pub and through fields to the Teignmouth sea wall. Everything was...

You couldn't beat the Lindhay for its view. However, a few things would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We could not get wifi 80% of the time, and when we got it, it would go off,. The compensation was that the owner told us that the reception in our cottage wasn't as good as the other cottages....

We stayed for four nights in Plum Tree Cottage and had a fantastic time. The views are breath taking and if you are into walks, this is the place to go. The accommodation was more than adequate, clean and great value for money. We would definitely recommend staying here to others

When first arriving on site you are taken back buy the view and setting, but then once you have settled in ourselves and some other holiday makers were met by an unpleasant septic tank smell which looking back over reviews from last year have not been looked at.Over all we enjoyed our stay as the children could run and play...

I have just stayed here for a week in Pear Tree Cottage with my husband and young son. We were exhausted after a few hard months at work and wanted peace and quiet and a good rest. This was the right place to get it. The cottages are located on a hill with a lovely view over the sea. There...

We stayed at the Linhay, which is one of the cottages at Higher Holcombe Farm, in Teignmouth. We came across this property completely randomly by typing in search terms such as "cute cottage" "english countryside" "farm" "chickens" "log fire" "four-poster bed" into a search engine. What we ended up with was a cute cottage in the english countryside on a...
