Extremely boring hotel. No charm at all, just a very ordinary boring hotel. The best thing we can say is that is was clean and the room was big. Part from that, the bathroom was old fashion, you have to use your key to get power, so no chance to recharge while you are away from your room, the view... More

This is a very good, comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One recommendation: If you are getting a room, ask for something facing the back of the hotel as the front rooms are near a section of town that for whatever reason is a gathering place for young people late at night and... While the hotel may not fit in with the town's older architecture, it is clean albeit somewhat spartan in appearance. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the service is outstanding. There are many mom-and-pop restaurants close by and the staff can recommend some good ones.

This hotel is located in the center of Buonconvento. Our room was comfortable and very simple. It doesn’t have a lot of pictures of fancy decorations, but it is clean and the staff is very friendly and speaks English as well. The breakfast is served in the lower level basement and the room is not really welcoming. We don’t really... More

I am not surprised that there is not a photo of the hotel on Tripadvisor website. In an old town, with a wonderful 'centro antico' this was a modern brick built monstrosity, in the main square, amongst much older buildings. The website shows a photo of an old building which gives the impression that this is the hotel. Very misleading.... More

We only stayed there one night during our walking tour of Tuscany, but were pleased with the large and comfortable room and the excellent service. The hotel is fairly new, so the room and bathroom were decorated in modern style, which was a surprise in Italy. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this... More

Our room was comfortable and well appointed and the staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is modern and rather bland but comfortable and well situated in Buonconvento. It is let down by un underwhelming breakfast served in an underground room. However, they do serve proper coffee on request!

This is a very convenient hotel to stay in while touring Tuscany. The rooms, though sparse, are very clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
