We stayed at Villa Rmena in July. Honestly, we booked it as a default because other hotels closer to Montalcino were already booked. What good fortune. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful. The swimming pool is very unique and a beautiful. Lovely breakfast is included. Dinner at the hotel is fabulous and as other travellers have said, Laura makes...

What a fabulous place! A secluded beautiful Villa with an amazing pool and places to relax. The food was the best I'd ever tasted. I was also able to do a cookery course so I shall be making my own fresh pasta. Would love to come back in the future.

Nice little hotel but too much out of nowhere. You have to drive up a natural street of ca 4.5km before you reach the property. If you have a small car and it has been raining the day before, good luck. If you like a complete quiet area with nothing around you and you don't really care about a pool,...

Beautiful villa - Homely atmosphere - Great family / Staff. Restaurant menu was varied / Laura made some excellent wine recommendations. Our room, a junior suite was incredible. Great big bath and a great big shower. Visit this property if you want to switch off.

I visited Villa Armenia this summer and really enjoy the place. The villa is beautiful, inside and outside, and the staff was really nice and helpful. I fell in love with the classical design and the food was amazing. We tasted gourmet dishes and the chef advised us matching local wines. I definitely recommend this villa to food and wine...

Villa Armena is not for everyone. We were looking for an idyllic, small, renovated villa with a pool and restaurant in the heart of Tuscany. Tall order, but Armena delivers. If you prefer to stay somewhere closer to Tuscan towns and villages, Armena may not be for you. It's 15 minute drive down a gravel road just to get to...

We have just returned from a too brief a one night stay at this wonderful hotel. The whole of this region is stunning and this hotel sits beautifully in its location. The hotel is up a gravel road that indicates that you will be enjoying some good peace and quiet, yes even with two children in tow. We were greeted...

Loved this place! The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. The best part of the hotel is the pool! Wish we spent more time here. You need a car to stay here. Plenty to do on the hotel grounds but need a car to get to it and to get to anything else.

We spent four nights here and were pleasantly surprised. There was a very warm welcome from Laura and Eduardo and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is real escape haven if you are looking for a Tuscany hideaway with good access to local attractions. The room was beautiful with great attention to detail. We enjoyed using the unique pool...

We stayed at Villa Armena for 5 nights of our honeymoon in mid-July, 2015. It was such a great stay and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel, or the owners and staff. Located a good couple of kilometres off the main-road and down a particularly fun gravel-road, lined with cypress trees, the Hotel really does feel like it's...
