There were a wide variety of options for breakfast, which ranged from croissants, omelettes, cakes, salad, fruit etc and we were also given a fruit cup and fresh orange juice daily. Stayed here for several days and it was absolutely wonderful! Instant peace and relaxation! The hotel rooms are beautifully designed with gorgeous Mediterranean natural colors and furnishings. The rooms have spectacular views and private terraces, The suites are very quiet, peaceful and kept meticulously clean, that force you to relax. The bed was more comfortable than the one I have at home! The room service was great, and the food was delicious! Did not know how much we really needed this type of vacation, looking at nature. Stayed at Happy Cretan Suites for one week and wow what a stay! Definitely a four star hotel, the staff are very friendly and always want to help. The place is very clean, one thing I would say is that the cleaner does move everything in your room so make sure you remember where you put all your belongings. Genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel, the pool side is beautiful and very relaxing with the most gorgeous view of the sea. Location is ok, close to the beach and Agia Pelagia but have to get a taxi which costs around 30 euros to Heraklion, the city. Perfect stay for families, couples and friends. The breakfast is amazing, very tasty and the pianist really brightens up your morning. Dimitri is very friendly and provides you with everything you need! A must stay hotel.

Had the stone house with hot tub and sea view (235) excellent accommodation kept very clean. Restaurant food was great too with all staff on the site very professional, welcome at reception warm , friendly and genuine as most Cretans we’ve ever met always seem to be.Would definitely go back again, handy for Airport too about 20 mins ( € 40 Taxi booked from reception ) On an elevated site with great views to sea, gardens immaculate. Ongoing work as hotel is doubling in size below but not noisy or intrusive to your holiday. Due to be finished by next summer. Would still go again now with that going on but definitely go back as soon as possible.

Very nice hotel. An older part and a new one. Thanks to the rooms with private pool, the use of communal pools is low. We had a great holiday at their place. I can only advise you to visit and make live the small isolated taverns or villages (Fodele) around Agia Pelagia. Cleanliness, welcome, choice at breakfast, nothing wrong. Just returned from a week of Happy Cretan Suites and we liked it very much. The hotel is built on a sloping slope so may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. But the view is beautiful because of this. The hotel is a haven of peace. We had a suite with private pool and that is particularly nice. But also at the somewhat larger pools was always room enough and you could enjoy the beautiful view. What also stands out are the employees, all conviviality and very customer friendly. Breakfast is not too extensive but everything you need is there. You get a glass of fresh orange juice and a bowl of fruit as standard. Again everything is very relaxed and friendly. The restaurant has a modest but fine menu and the room service is fantastic. Delicious to eat a Greek salad on your own terrace in the evening! The massage I found a little less. I am sure the best man has all the basic qualities but I have personally never had a massage where the masseur was on the phone during the massage. Didn't really think giving a sense of you matters as a customer, little focus. But all in all had a fantastic experience in this very customer-friendly and friendly haven of peace on Crete, without recommending more!

Me and my wife came here in October for a getaway, it has beating all expectations we had. This hotel is simply beautiful. Everything is clean and well kept, the rooms are designed amazing. What makes this place the best is the staff, everyone is smiling and they always go out their way for you.
Location wise it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere, we hired a car (there are car rentals close by if you wanted to decide to hire one during your stay). At first we thought the location could be a downfall, then we realised that was its charm! The whole time here we felt totally disconnected and relaxed.
