Vouchers downloaded for transfers tunrned out to be a taxi which meant we beat the buses back to Heraklion for our return. Half hour transfer tops and we were greeted by Yannis at about 4am...pink dawn just visible and he even offered us a coffee or...

First of all: Agia Pelaghia is probably one of the worst beaches in Crete in my opinion. It makes Matala look like Bora Bora in comparison (by the way, i strongly recommend to go to Matala: blue-flag beach, better weather than in north, better view). The view from the hotel can be great, but only if you had the luck...

We arrived at the hotel at 5am, walked into reception and were totally taken aback by the unbelievable views from the terrace! We were greeted by a friendly little man who gave us the keys to our room and showed us where it was.. He then asked if when we had taken our cases to our rooms if we would...

We have just returned on 2nd June 2012 after a superb weeks holiday. We could not fault this hotel. The room although basic had everything we needed. We opted for a garden view room which was nice and quiet away from the pool and entertainment area. This meant we got a good nights sleep. The room was very clean, as...

Our group of 19 (aged between 2 and 62!) have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Village Panorama. We were so sad to leave this beautiful little haven. Like many others have said, we were a bit dubious about the hotel from past reviews, but I can honestly say we had the best time ever! The hotel...

The staff were so friendly and Memo the entertainments co-ordinator was fantastic and made sure everybody had a great time.
