We booked a sea view room, but without even being told we have been given an inland view room. After explaining that I paid extra for this sea view, they offered a sea view room the day after, however, this was located in the non renovated area of the hotel, and while the balcony had a lovely view, the room was incredibly disgusting and resembled the communism era. This is a trap, the hotel still has non renovated rooms which are very poor and disgusting, not even 2 stars. I had to ask for towels to have them exchanged in the room, the cleaning of the room was almost nonexistent. This is an all inclusive hotel but asks for money if you want internet, how on earth can you be so cheap? Breakfast was fine, a bit too greasy for my taste. The juices were disgusting (again like those drinks from the communism period), very cheap juice and water tasted like chloride, Coffee was relatively fine. Lunch and dinner were like the menu from a students canteen, definitely not better than a 2 stars hotel. Fresh orange juice was offered at breakfast for a charge of 3 euros, unable to pay on the room, we had to give cash... No towels offered for the pool. Greece is a beautiful place but it is very disappointing to see such treatment for almost 180 euros / night. Those who gave good reviews have been seen a 4 stars hotel!!!

We are currently on our way to the airport after spending an incredible week at panorama! Do not listen to the bad reviews, all inclusive isn’t for everyone but even my picky eater daughter managed to eat each meal and be content with the food, the drinks (alcoholic) weren’t the best during the day but that didn’t bother us, evening drinks were brilliant! The best part was how much of an occasion they made of my daughters 7th birthday! They brought us champagne and the most beautiful birthday cake complete with lots of the staff singing! Incredible holiday and we are sad to leave! Thank you to the manager for making the holiday special for my daughter

I simply love this hotel. If you want to stay out of the large hotel networks and want to visit a family hotel - look no further. Rena on the reception is just the best person there. Indo not think, that I have ever met a person, who loves her job more. We love the food, rooms are spacious, AC works flawlessly. Overall, very friendly staff. Aris and Charlene are perfect bartenders during the evening in the terrace bar. We loved every single minute of our stay with our three kids.

Trip advisor review All inclusive…or a very loose term for it, nothing like I’ve experienced before. So I stayed here for a 5 day trip by myself. I arrived very late, around 1:30am and was greeted by two lovely gentlemen who showed me how to check in via QR code that took me to their website which lots of people have said bad things about on here but I think it was pretty easy and straight forward. My room was very clean and decent size for 1 person. The view was a bit rubbish, of nothing, but I didn’t expect much with a single room. Room is cleaned and replenished every 2 days and the cleaners are very friendly and don’t come around at the crack of dawn like most places. I went to reception to collect a pool towel however these are not available at the moment due to covid. This should be stated when booking as I would have packed a towel instead of spending €12 in the shop to buy one, minor inconvenience. The pool bar staff were very friendly and the animation guy made sure everyone was included in aqua gym which made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller. Two negatives about the pool: one being the amount of sun beds, I struggled to find 1 sun bed for myself at 9:30am so ended up sitting in the chair area waiting for a free one and the second is about the pool bar; alcohol was very limited during the day, no vodka/gin but I was quite happy with mocktails. Normal alcohol was served in the evening which was a bit odd to be served in the evening but not the daytime. The food was a bit repetitive but I’m a basic eater so was happy with pasta and pizza, however there are some themed nights. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a vegan or vegetarian as not many options apart from vegetables and utensils are mixed. The terrace bar in the evening: you have to purchase a bottle of wine or cocktails to stay on a table…which is where the entertainment is…in an all inclusive hotel… There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you to Aghia Pelagia beach and back. I got the 3pm bus and was picked up and taken back at 6pm. Quite a small beach but enough space to sunbathe and the water is beautifully crystal clear! There’s some lovely little restaurants and plenty of places to get a drink at fairly reasonable prices. All in all it was a good holiday for me.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit unsure of this place but now that I've returned from a 7 night stay I can confirm that this hotel is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, easy to approach. The bartenders were all so friendly and served more than one drink at a time with no issues (by the pool and on the terrace). There was a wide variety of drinks you could get on All Inclusive, with the menu also changing at night time. The food was amazing, with multiple themed nights, the Greek salad and baklavas are a must try! The hotel room was also exceptional, the AC was probably the best I've had, super strong and quiet so it could be kept on at night. The cleaners came every two days and the rooms were left to a very high standard. Our room was superior sea view and it was definitely as described. The entertainment at the pool was fabulous, having took part in aqua gym and water polo, Alibaba is a great asset to the hotel. The hotel is handy to the airport, with our transfer only taking 30-40 minutes. Would definitely consider staying here again if I were to return to Crete.

Aesthetically the hotel looks lovely and very modern But that’s where it ends Room 3/5 Food 2/5 Cleaning service 1/5 Reception hit and miss all depends who you got Irene lovely and other lady surlur. I think Was lovely others didn’t seem to have the time for you All Inclusive drink packages the worse I have seen. Not that I am a big drinker but on holiday you would expect more No kettle in room to make tea or coffee the most basic hotels always have a kettle not even a bottle of water in the room This is definitely not a 4 Star hotel I have actually stay in much better 2 star hotel Not suitable for disabled or anyone that fines climbing loads of stairs A struggle , beware of having to drag your suits case up lots of stairs as the receptionist just watch’s with no offer of help Views 5/5 Wouldn’t stay again

We have had a terrible experience starting with arrival we oaid extra for a superior room not what we got as i saw one we got a basic room.got to hotel and was given a room on 3rd floor I struggle to walk and my daughter disabled. We entered room We paid extra for superior room the room was a double bed that was so hard and made horrific noises as soon as sat on and the lining was all ripped at the bottom. My daughter who is 15 and disabled had a couch about 2 steps away from our bed not acceptable for a teenager never mind a disable child. Bathroom had no door just glass so when coming out of shower you could see everything again not good for my partner and daughter. The toilet seat broken lose and kept nipping us. The kettle stunk of cheese no use at all. no seat to sit at when putting make up on that's not a problem we just stood. So I went to reception asked for a new kettle were the man was like no that's all he kept saying . I saw a lady on reception asked to be moved as my daughter 15 and disabled to were I got come back so I did was then told it was £490 euro to upgrade so unhappy I was willing to pay she give us key I went to look at other room and it was a double room I said no a family room she said put daughter in double room and we stay in other how on earth can I leave my disabled daughter at 15 in her own room is beyond me I couldn't get any sense out of the staff so we had to deal with the room we had. The food was unedable no English food apart from pizza undercooked and chips. We had to get a taxi every day to another town as there is nothing near hotel which on reviews says there is it is in the middle of a mountain. So we spent a absolute fortune that we never had I had to get money sent to actually eat as it was so expensive not what you need on an all inclusive holiday.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. My entire stay was amazing beginning with clean rooms, many options for tasty food and drinks, everyone working there was so polite and helpful. I arrived after midnight due to delay flight and the person at reception kindly offered without asking sandwiches and drinks as I missed my dinner .During the evening there is a big terrace where they play music every night. I've asked for a sea view room upgrade and got it thanks to Zula from back office . The place is really beautiful with amazing view indeed! Maria witch work at the bar pool is great and lovely. Thanks to all of you, made my holiday wonderful!

Stayed here for 7 nights, had to mess about sending the hotel emails to check in to prove our reservation. Was given one sandwich and bottle of water on arrival. Rooms was very modern spacious with brilliant view of the Agia pelagia and Lygria sea. When down to pool in the morning which doesn't open until 10am to find that only spirits included with all inclusive is Ouzo, Raki and brandy which was disgusting plus in paper throw away cups. No Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whisky. If you like having a drink around pool in the days then this is not the place for you, although at 18:30 the top shelf opens up until 11pm. No pool entertainment, no music, no games, no atmosphere. Not enough sun beds for hotel capacity, although the pool bar staff and very friendly. Food was repetitive, breakfast very poor and tasteless and fresh orange juice with your breakfast is chargeable. Was some good evening meals such as Mexican and Greek night where food was better. Evening entertainment was good plus the terrace bar great atmosphere. Only disappointing thing was alot of the tables was reserved on the balcony for paying customers not for all inclusive 'holidayers' and even seen a family getting asked to move from a table, not good. The bar queues was very long as only 1 drink per person which forces multiple people from one table to join queue. Location was not the best as nothing around hotel, 15/20 minutes walk to beach and bars, then a 15 minute hill climb to get back. This hotel is lovely and clean with fantastic views but it's not a 4 star Hotel. I wouldn't return.

Dear Guest , Thank you dearly for selecting our hotel as your holiday destination. Firstly we would like to mention that we are glad to hear your nice comments regarding the views from our Hotel, the cleanles and our beautiful rooms. We have heard with great pleasure that you enjoyed our excellent entertainment as well as the the relaxing and beautiful atmosphere of the terrace bar. As we consider food one of the most important factors of the stay, we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients. In addition Agia Pelagia is probably the most popular tourist resort of Heraklion , full of traditional Greek taverns, bars and coffee shops as well as, souvenir and even jewelry shops. Moreover, Heraklion city is only 10 min away from our hotel. Shuttle service is daily provided for hotel guests’ convenience. There is also a daily free Shuttle bus service to the beach 4 times till afternoon. Regarding the sun beds we would like to inform you that we avail enough for everybody. We would like to assure you that we are always working hard to develop and improve our services, taking into account any proposals and feedback from our guests. We look forward to welcoming you again for another pleasant experience at Panorama Village Hotel. Warm regards, The Management
