We stayed between 12th -18th June and I have nothing but thank you to say to the staff at Castello infinity suites. We were greeted with the most polite welcome and the best white Sangria for a very hot day. When our room was ready, we had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us. The room was spotless and the plunge pool was a delight! Everyday we were greeted with the biggest smiles at breakfast. The restaurant was amazing!! The staff went above and beyond every single time. I even got a massage at the spa which was lovely and relaxing! If you want to be spoiled and have a luxurious holiday, then go to this wonderful hotel. It's right by the beach and a cab into the main centre is not too expensive. The only downside was the gym wasn't open at the time we went, but the team made provisions for that. Wow! We stayed for 4 days. The hotel is marvelous! ! Beautiful hotel near the beach All the rooms have a private pool No kids around. So it’s really relaxing . The food is excellent. But the stuff. Oh my god! They are amazing! Never meet such a nice stuff that will do everything to make you feel good. Especially Jorge the manager. Big applause to all of them Highly recommend

Stayed in May for 1 week. Stayed in black pearl maisonette very spacious, immaculate housekeeping. Would probably stay higher up next time as room faces shops. On arrival we were greeted by Georgio operations manager to our room. Welcome drink first. Platter of fruit and a bottle of wine in room. Never received such service from any other hotel in all my 40 years of travelling. Food is excellent as chef trained at Michelin star restaurant in England. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Fresh juice, omelette, poached eggs. Advocado. yoghurt, boiled eggs. Home made cakes. It was my husbands birthday they brought a home made cake with candle and bottle pf wine to room as a surprise. The food was better than I'd received in England at AA rosette restaurant. If you wanted more towels they came to your door straight away. Nothing was oo much trouble. Georgia was the most pleasant and professional hotel manager I've ever met. Not much nightlife in resort. Plenty snorkeling. Deep sea divers Nice small beach 20 mins walk. Hired motor boat, went to leper colony and Palace. Amazing people can't do enough for you.…

Are you staying in Crete? If the answer is yes then please look no further than the Castello infinity suites because I will assure you that you will not regret it. Fantastic place, clean, tidy, great decor and I’ll come onto the staff later. Our room had an infinity pool, arrived to a very clean room and during our 6 Day stay everyday our room was cleaned and towels replenished and was restored to perfect state. We had breakfast every morning and it was a quick service, with great Menu choice and something for everyone. We also had Dinner which again phenomenal. Drinks both alcohol and soft are high quality and great quality. NOW onto the staff… we have travelled to many countries and by far the service received at this hotel is 10/10!!! Polite, helpful, always smiling, very clear spoken English language, and they do their upmost to help. I cannot find fault in any of our 6 day stay. We do not know all the names of the staff but 4 persons we encountered a lot was George Ioannidis the Hotel’s Operation Manager who is the most professional, kind, helpful and polite person we’ve met in the customer service world. We met a female waitress who served and she again delivered outstanding service, then another male who served us a lot again also very high standards of presentation when serving. Lastly we’d like to comment on the female who works at reception whom again is very helpful, knows how to greet guests and always smiling. I had planned to propose to my now fiancée and George Ioannidis and staff helped make the dream come to life. They worked very very hard to make it a special and romantic occasion and no request I made was too big or too hard. They have left not only a great representation of Crete but also their hotel. Everything was very well, the rooms, the food, the stunning view, the staff, the heated pools. Perfect. Would live to come back. We visited at Easter, and they went above and beyond to prepare a festive delicious meal for us. Loved every moment.

Me and my wife had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. The hospitality of all the staff made the holiday particularly special. The quality of the food was very high when we chose to dine in and there were a number of smaller bars/ cafes/ restaurants on the sea front within a 5 minute walk when we wanted to dine out!

My husband and I stayed here 10th-17th Oct. Taxi from airport was €45, half hour away. A cold bottle of Prosecco was in our room for us which was a nice touch. The Aquamarine room was great, and the pool area was lovely looking over the sea - unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace or pool but I think this was because of the time of year and the sun being low. However, the main hotels bar terrace was in the sun and we enjoyed the premium cocktails here every day, where we always received a bowl of fruit, again a very nice touch. The food at this hotel was exceptional. We were half board, and could choose breakfast and dinner from a menu. The staff here were incredibly friendly - a big thank you to Manos, Elina (sp? Lovely blonde lady at breakfast), Alex and another Manos. There is a beach a few metres away with many restaurants for food a drink. €7 would get you 2 loungers and a umbrella for the day. The accommodations are really amazing it’s right on the beach stunning rooms with small pool and the staff was really nice and helpful they have a really nice restaurant and it’s all brand new and super clean would definitely recommend castello infinity to everyone thanks so much
