Hotel's Favourite
We've spent 15days in this amazing hotel! It is located close to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia (1 minute walk), the rooms have been just renewed, they're cosy and comfortable. All the spaces are clean and orderly. The restaurant is buffet formula, with a lot of variety and quality thank to the chef Dimitri! It is perfectly located to discover the beautiful island of Crete, close to the bus station and close to different offices for renting a car. What to say about the hotel staff? They're simply amazing! They're ready to help you for no matter what, an issue that you faced, a suggestion that you need regarding what to visit, a restaurant to try, really everything! We've felt like home. We totally suggest this hotel!

Very nice family-hotel. The food that they are serving at evenings taste wonderful. Traditonal greek food. The breakfast are super! The staff at the hotel are very friendly and nice! The hotel are close to the wonderdul beach here in Agia Pelagia.

I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff always to help you we a smile . clean rooms very comfortable beds. Restaurant very nice decoration and the food delicious and fresh.every morning we had a huge breakfast with a good quality coffee.thanks guys .

Absolutely decent hotel! One week with my friend was enough to recharge our batteries! pleasant welcome the room comfortable and always clean! the breakfast buffet clean and had everything we were looking for! relaxing by the pool all day its was so quiet and in the evening we had our coctail at the restaurant and tried the excellent dishes of the evening buffet!Every day had a variety of meat and fish salads to eat.i would like to mention because I see many comments about the food that each hotel tries to combine local dishes and daily food so that we can all eat without any problem!It's too much to ask a three star hotel for what a five star hotel does (by the way is better quality than five star hotel) ! In general everything was impeccable and the staff polite and welcoming! Thank you guys for what you are doing and sending our positive energy !!!…

2 weeks staying was very nice to meet this family and the whole team! every day was nice talk to them suggest us many places to go and visit!we rent a car and travel around crete was great !At reception suggest us excursions to Dia was perfect memories !Breakfast was delicious many things to choose.dinner mousaka,pastitsio and pappoutsakia was extremely tasty!Of course the rest was perfect but special those we dont eat them often in our country! My partner and i really wanted to thank the whole staff of the Belvedere Hotel for an amazing stay among them ! The kindness of Andreas, Dimitri, Apostolis, Nikolaos and Maria made our holidays perfect, their professionnalism and friendliness made us feel like in an (almost better) home away from home ! They were always attentive to everyone. The food was gorgeous, with typical dishes and desserts, fresh vegetables and fruits every day. The room was really nice, with a quite large balcony, everything was always perfectly clean. The hotel is really close to the beach, and the swimming pool is nice when the beach is too crowded. Crete is a large island, but the location is as good as it gets over there, and allows you to go to most places. Thank you again, and we hope to be back some day !…

Excellent, clean and comfortable hotel with nice and friendly staff, good traditional food, nice and clean pool and lot of bars, restaurants and shops near it. The hotel is in the center of Agia Pelagia.

The accommodation was excellent!We went month june for a week and the food and cleanliness was perfect! Maria,Nikos,all the staff always with a mask and gloves in the buffet!!!!Many customers did not wear a mask and did not observe the measures but there was always someone who stopped them! Well done for that very good observance!Very clean room and all areas of the hotel!Definitely visit again !!! Thank you guys!!!!!
