Had a wonderful time at hotel Jivanta. Clean and caring staff,all essential aminities provided. special mention of restaurant manager Kiran for providing very good service. Good hygienic food provided throughout stay also went out of the way to make arrangements for strawberry parcels.

The Jivanta Hotel located off the Panchgani Mahabaleshwar road on a peaceful lane is an ideal place for a peaceful stay. The room was well appointed with all modern amenities and served by a courteous and helpful manager and staff members. The 33 rooms are in two adjacent buildings, thus avoiding a crowd in any one place. There is ample space for parking and a dormitory for drivers of hired cars is available. The uppermost corner room has a comparatively better view of the greenery including tall silver oak trees. There is a small lawn with tables for evening parties. An evening of songs was held during our visit.. Opposite the hotel there are bungalows. The valley begins beyond these so a clear direct view of it is not available but it is visible in parts. Overall we had a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

The long Christmas weekend brought us to Hotel West Hill. The staff is very disciplined and humble. They tend to every ad-hoc request without hesitation. The management is also very experienced and manage the place very well. Warm water is available 24 hours and inverter facility is also in place. Rooms are beautiful. You can opt for rooms with or without a viewing deck or even a suite. As per the quality standards maintained rooms are very reasonable. Breakfast is complimentary and elaborate. There's a valet and ample parking space. The bed linen is very clean, bathrooms are neat and hygiene standards are well maintained. Thank you Hotel West Hill for the great experience. The property is good and has all necessary things made available in the room (hot water kettle, good bathroom fittings, hot water, shower gels, clean toilet). We had two rooms for our family which was adequate in size and comfort, where we spent three nights. The staff was accommodative, polite and helpful. The food was wonderful (their own special biryani is highly recommended). All was fine until one of the occupants of other rooms decided to ruin our sleep one night. They all were howling and talking at the top of their voices from 1am to 3am and the hotel staff did nothing to stop the nuisance. The hotel room has no sound proofing whatsoever. In addition, despite clearing all the payments an evening before the check-out, they called us while we just about to leave and billed us for something which we had already paid for. They realised and acknowledged the error when we showed them their own invoice and the items which was billed and paid for already. I can recommend this small property to anyone who can bear with the noise. However, all other things are good and my kids enjoyed the stay, which mattered the most.

So comfortable and Very Nice stay. Restaurant staff have very good knowledge about the surroundings. Great taste of food. Hygene is maintained every where in restaurant, rooms, public areas, Pool side everything is well maintained & nicely organised. Front office staff is so co-operative Ans available to give you information about anything you ask for. Must visit again. One of the best hotel in Mahabaleshwar. They take cares of you as the family.

I have been to this place and let me tell you this is the best place for a comfort and clean stay. The Staffs are really amazing and very very cooperative, we were mostly out and left our room scattered, but the minute we enter after a long splendid day at Mahabaleshwar, we used to get clean room and beautiful towel art which filled the room with creativity and chirpiness and made our journey more worthwhile..
Everymorning breakfast was really good, specially the pineapple sheera, cant forget the taste of it, plus they maintained the quality of food unlike other restaurants in Mahabaleshwar.
we used to come very late, but they they offered us service and extended their working hour to serve us dinner, without compromising the taste and quality. best place to live in Mahabaleshwar.. We spend 5 days here and did not feel the need to change the hotel..

Jivanta is one of the best property (3 star Hotel) in Panchgani with excellent hospitality.I've been staying in hotels for years now and I have to say that this is the best hotel by far I have ever stayed in Mahabaleshwar. To start with: 1.The staff is very humble and courteous. Beautiful location with lot of greenary. 500 meter away from Mapro garden. 2.Rooms were big, comfortable and full of all amenities which you usually get in 5 star hotels. 3.Cleanliness 10/10,Service 10/10,Food 10/10. 4.They have in-house J Cafe which serves absolutely delicious food 😋. They also customize the food as per your taste and quite reasonable for the pocket. 5.The hotel has a decent swimming pool and dedicated game zone where you can enjoy with your family and friends. 6.The cherry 🍒 on the cake was,they have arranged musical gala night with bonfire 🔥 which made our stay even more special.
I really want to appreciate Omkar who has coordinated our stay, team Bhushan for ( best house keeping service) and Mr Sanjay Kushwaha ( Manager) . GREAT TEAM.

The charges they are charging are not worth the services provided. We booked as our friend stayed here few years back, but we do not found it worth. We could not recommend it to any one. Could not sleep properly as bed are not comfortable plus overall feel disturb.

We spent 3 nights at Jivanta hotel mahabaleshwar. It was one of the best hotel in mahabaleshwar.Rooms are beautifully designed keeping in mind the nessecity of a travel for leisure. The food was superb. The service was exceptional and they make sure our smaller needs were taken care of. We did a lots of picturesque near the hotel where there is ashiva temple. Must visit in this season. The property has a quite and fun vibes hence suited to all group age. Lots of indoor games to enjoy. We would highly recommend the place for families and couples who needs peaceful atmosphere away from crowd.
