We frequently visit mahabaleshwar to get refreshed .This time we chose hotel jivanta .The gentleman who who handled enquiry (9852611611 -vinay)provided genuine info about property and provided good rates Its very nit and clean ,delicious homely food ,snooker table ,proximity to mahabaleshwar and pa nchgani these are the main reason we can choose jivanta. Staff is very humble ,manager vinay ,ravi and his team . Definatly we gonna recommend this hotel

There is nothing good about the property in terms of price, food, services, amenities and facilities. Need to change the managers. Get someone professional in Operation and Front Office. There are much better options in this same prices with more amenities and tasty food with a very reasonable price right in the heart of Mahabaleshwar.

Half of the menu items were not available, the solo restaurant was leaking from the roof onto the seats, dental/shaving kits won't be made available till explicitly asked for. The staff couldn't handle the holiday rush and to put the cherry on top, cars parked were almost rubbing each other and blocking the path for others. Got conned by their social media posts...real life experience was disappointing! Avoid it, if you can!
