Overall Treebo experience was excellent with very supportive staff, hygienic food, good taste and service. Especially, the way staff at reception received us, and helped in finding local transport services was extremely good. Complementary breakfast quality was superb!

Stayed for 3 nights, we had taken 2 rooms. When we reached rooms were not ready so delayed in check-in. Rooms were nice and clean. The view was awesome outside the room. Washrooms were clean and well maintained. The Mattress was super comfortable and had a beautiful sleep for 3 nights. Room service was also good. Breakfast wasn't that great may be due to off season. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Wi-Fi and complimentary 1 Ltr minerial water were provided every day. Nice lawn to enjoy with your family. Swings were well maintained. Overall good and peaceful stay. Will recommend to all. The weather was really cool and awesome. Mahabaleshwar really ROCKS! Thank You TREEBO for giving us one free room upgrade. Will definately look forward to stay at ur hotels, CHEERS!

The rooms are neat and clean with a splendid view. You can see the sunrise from your bed it's beautiful indeed. The staff is not much active and there are mucj delays for minor services. We arrived a bit late than the check-in time and still the rooms were not ready.

Hi everyone,. The hotel is rightly located near the wikar go-carting zone. That's only good thing about it. It's in a signal mobile deficit zone as the living area is in a depression, only bsnl/jio may work. You are likely to miss the hotel entrance, as the restaurant (food court) is their main focus n is taken care of well. A small slope leads you to the parking lot in rear. It has five cottage rooms n a three story building housing 9 other rooms. A tree house n namaz room exist too. A small lawn but no coze makes it a dull proposal. It has a nursery in the backyard n a strawberry farm adjescent to it. The place is midway between venna lake n Panchgani. Can be a good resting place if amenities are improved. Only two ppl to look after guests in rooms. Reception is mostly unmanned. You need to climb stairs n reach out to kitchen to communicate your needs. Expect someone there only after 0830am. Breakfast is poha, puribhaji or bread butter. Food is good at the restaurant. Makai pakora is a delicious. Also try aloo matar, dal fry n chicken dum Biryani, which is their speciality. Staff is friendly n polite but lot of time goes in waiting...... Staff is missing at night. Be careful when light goes at night. No one operates the Genset. Dressing mirror is missing from rooms. Linen is ok. No toiletries are provided. Carry at least one bathroom slippers, else you go barefoot to the loo. That's all - have a pleasant stay.…

Cheap hotel, dirty Washrooms, no Room service, deceiving pictures of the hotel (They showed different building/rooms pic on their site and alloted room in the opposite building which was old and dilapidated) Breakfast is absolutely tasteless.No water bottle provided, No one at the reception to attend customers, stained bedsheets, zero cleanliness of the surrounding of called rubbish hotel. Treebo hotel nailed in as a scamster in Service Industry with poor professionalism and Deceiving business model.

The trip to Mahableshwar was great for us. I went with mom and dad and the place was amazing. The hotel had good view and the looks of the hotel was great at night.Room was little small But didnt matter much to us.The price to stay at hotel from treebo was expensive, as treebo is group and under that there are few hotels. Rather people should call the hotel and book the room and not go through the treebo website or anything. The hotel price would be lesser if you book room directly.For me the hotel price was too expensive. The hotel had a food studio which has an amazing food. If you stay anywhere in mahableshwar go to graden ice cream restro which has an awesome food. Anyfood you order it has an amazing food. Try the corn pokoda which is great. Thank you Garden cottage.
