It is a Hidden Gem! View - 10/10 - It has the best view of the mid range hotel. a la carte 0/10- Is not available, which is a big issues for few folks. Food Buffet- 07/10 - Little bit Oily but variety is good, better to take full board in 1000/- 3 meal. Rooms - Pool View rooms are actual view Window view to Pool so will suggest dont take them. the Garden view in the second floor are really good with 3 person sharing if you travelling with family Kids. Heater in room. Service - 8/10 - Good things - they waited for us till 4 P< for lunch day one, rooms are cleaned and staff is polite. Bad things - they wont allow food to be carry outside, but folks who want to have food with drinks or just have dinner in rooms is not allowed hence that is bas, it makes no logic sense to me. Play Area - 5/10 - They have just place the table tennis table and carrom with very less space around it, so difficult to play. Swimming Pool - Looked good to use, but we didn't get chance to use as it was very cold! Points - Wilson Point is just walking distance and has the best view of stars at night!

This hotel varies their tarrif from 4000/- to 12000/- on seeing the urgency of corporates and group bookings The Management is very unprofessional with the group bookings Very bad experience feeling very sorry to write all this but I would request owner Mr Gautam Thakkar if such kind of treatment is given to the guest approaching, it would soon spoil the reputation of the property

Over stay was very good neat and clean hotel. Good for family stay. Time well spent. Nice view from hotel garden. Food was also good but more of taste was of Gujrathi food. Over all good for family vacation. Proximity to market is added advantage.

We visited this place to attend a wedding which took place in Keys Evershine which was down the road. The hotel had a lovely feel to it. The rooms are spacious and lively. Lovely seating right outside the room. Few problems faced were; they did not have hot water on 24 hour basis. They provided only one water bottle in the room. There was no heater and towels and linens were a bit dirty. Beds were hard and so were the pillows. I preferred the couch! Staff was good. It is a 15 minutes walk from the market. and probably 5 minutes by car. It is in a corner so it really gives the hill station feel. Wilson point is right above.

We went in a group of approx 15 people including kids, youngsters, adults and senior citizens. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Food served was good. Quite nearby to market. Our rooms were in the basement types so senior citizens find difficulty in climbing stairs. There is so elevator. Overall good experience 👍.

The property is well spread with a central open area overlooking the valley, perfect for parties and sitting out on relaxed evening. Stayed in a room above the Swimming pool. Rooms are well sized but not large, but had a separate sit out. They do not have a safe though while other rooms do. They are well appointed though. First floors on the right have a good view. It's a quiet place good for couples and with plenty of open area and playground equipment for families with young kids. The staff were constantly cleaning the place and surroundings, which was a nice thing. The food is quite good, but vegetarian. I had issues with my mobile connectivity. My airtel frequently had signal drop. The wifi provided by the hotel was dicey and kept going off. They need to work on it. The step edges from the pool rooms are sharp and need to be rounded off. A Guest tripped and had a cut on his feet. Overall recommended.

A perfect place for a small size budgeted wedding with good size rooms and lots of open space. The hotel has been designed in such a way that the groom n bride side can be put up in separate wings and the best part of this hotel is the their main party lawn with an amazingly breathtaking view of the valley which probably I believe no other hotel at Mahabhaleshwar has. Nice place to visit for family holidays also with good food.
