I visited Panorama from 9th Nov 12 to 14 Nov 12. This was my 3rd stay in last 4 yrs in this resort. The place is very hygenic with courtous staff and very good food. We were 2 couples with kids and stayed in Cottages which was excellant.
The hotel manager Mr Swapnil is very helpfull and always cooperative.
Highly recommended for couples and Family.

We always visit this place, although it is difficult t get bookings during the peak season we somehow manage. Panorama is located in the heart of Mahaballeshwar with the main market a 5min walk and the famous lake at 15mins. The food also is very good.
Very good experience. If you are visiting in your own vehicle you dont need to move it again and again.

morning 7 to 10 am breakfast time restriction is not there , is the best of this hotel 2 night package with an amount to be spent for food inclusion is more equalant to ap plan, your choice of food, gujarati, punjabi, chinese, fast food, ice cream, mineral water , whatever you say or menu say at the rate of an udipi restaurant

Most lower category of service & managerial desk. Not recommended for family. Very poor services and facilities. Taken money for AC,hot water,continuous electricity which always irregularly. It’s waste of money. Never recommend anyone.

Nice Hotel to stay in Mahabaleshwar. It is right outside the Market Main Road, so you can drop in the market whenever you want. Good advantage. Yet is is quiet and relaxing.
They have duplex cottages where we stayed, and rooms, both are luxurious and well maintained
Rooms are small but well furnished and clean. The furniture is adequate and upmarket.The accessories are plenty and you do not have to ask for anything. The change of toileteries, sheets etc and cleaning is in precise manner like any 4 or 5 star. Hot water (like every odd hotel in Mahableshwar) has limited timings, but they are happy to start your hot water supply on demand like after using the pool or if it is too cold.
Service is excellent. You can call and get anything within minutes as they have dedicated staff between few rooms. Food is great. Veg food is served and package includes food on ala carte so that you can order anything anytime from the menu. They had some 50 odd items on menu, and we ordered almost half of it and each item was available (and fresh). The preparation for items differed (no same taste) and were delicious. Max time of serving : 15 minutes.
The pool is good and external ambience great. the staff is courteous. parking is limited but sufficient if the hotel is not full. The rates are high, but considering Mahableshwar, this is in par with other upper hotels in the area and definately worth every penny. I have stayed in many places in Mahabaleshwar, but I think this will be my choice in future.

I and my spouse stayed at Hotel Panorama in February'2015. We had a comfortable and pleasing stay at the hotel. The food was simply awesome and service of the staff was nice. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives and will be my choice of Hotel whenever i revisit Mahabaleshwar.

This is really a good hotel for budget with some good comfort & Tasty food (Panjabi Veg Food s-Indian Veg Food Mysore masala dosa, idlis, utthapa, pav-bhaji, and masala dosa). Overall i recommend this to anyone who wants a good location in Mahabaleshwar.

Without doubt it is the best hotel to stay when u visit mahabaleswar. the location is out of the world.it is romantic place for honey moon couple,entertainment area for a family,play area for kids,wats not. it has row houses which make to have more privacy nd cool .Our rooms were facing the greenery and just hearing the sound of the breeze from your room can make your day. it has a duplex with very affordable prices and we enjoyed lot.nice and comfortable area for dining.the rooms and the bathrooms are well designed and the drawing room has sofa with huge flat lcd screen though you don't need one in this
place.there is something for everyone to do, an outdoor play area for children, a swimming pool a few brave souls who did swim even in the cold and 20 ft water fall with paddle boats.it has multicusine vegiterian restaurant and the food is awsome. they serve us very fast in minutes. The food is quite nice though can't rave about it as much as about the location of the hotel and the rooms. The service i must say was amazing !! don't miss this hotel if you go to mahabaleswar.

I had booked hotel panaroma delux ac room for 6th and 7th June 2015. 7th June was my 4th anniversary. The hotel rate was 6300inr per day. With Goibibo discount code I booked it for 4300 per day. I hv always visited panorama restaurant during my earlier visits to Mahabaleshwar. This was my first stay experience at this hotel. My problems/complaints: I am highly disappointed with the stay. Have spoiled my anniversary. Cleanliness, hygiene, staff....everything I would rate a big 0. The bed cover,comforter,bedsheet all had stains. When informed staff...he said aaj subah hi badla hai. When showed him bedcover he just removed it n placed in room cupboard. Water was leaking from couple of bathroom fittings. Too many small minute cockroaches, makodas n different minute insects everywhere in bathroom. The room was too too small. Only positive....the food taste is good but also restaurant water glasses all stained n stinking. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact would inform my family n frnds about my this experience. Not at all worth for money even after discounts. In fact can book other good hotels in Mahabaleshwar at this price or even lesser price. Hope Goibibo management does something.

Hey Folks,
Had visited Mahabaleshwar couple of times in past and this time we decided to stay at some hotel close to Market area since it would be easy for us to go here and there.
After lot and lot of googlin around, we had a look at this property and spoke to Hotel staff couple of times, had a look at tripadvisor ratings and booked a cottage for 4 persons.
We reached at around 2 PM and we found out that painting is going on at hotel and we were give a room which just had the paint dust floating around the entire room and lobby was covered with bedsheets.
It was shocking for us since during the booking process no information was given on phone nor on their website. I complained to their staff and we had to change the rooms twice since the room was still smelling of that painting smell (my family member has allergy to paint dust)...
It was real bad since during check-in process also the hotel staff did not inform us. Only after we were given the room , we saw.
Location :- Hotel is close to the market area and taxi area. All hotels and restaurants are close by including ATM's , coffee shops etc.
Food :- We did not take the food package since we wanted to experience the food in different hotels. However we did have food at hotel and it was good food .
Rooms:- The rooms that we got had very poor lighting and even after switching on all lights, it was still dim. Hot water was only available in morning (unlike other places i stayed ).
Overall : - Hotel is OK close to the market. Price was little costly and for this price , rooms could have been better. Staff is good and polite.

Panorama is bang on the central location. We found it a good stay. Bathrooms are OK OK type.
Where did you go finally ?
Hi Patil, the property is good and food is also very good... No need to carry food packets if your kid eats outside food. Its in the market and if your order food in your room, the service is much faster then the restaurant. My review for this hotel is a 5 stars... You can give your views after the visit. Have fun. Hi, I am a member as others, toilet is as per 2 star hotels, rooms are also good if you don't take the lowest base category, in case if you are 4/6 persons , go for cottage, if in couple go for rooms , but not the lowest base category. the best thing is you are being given a credit of amount for your foods, this give you freedom of taking breakfast ; lunch dinner at any time of your convenience, even it is not a fixed menu, you can have your own choice of multi choices, the credit given will be enough for your all meals., is our experience, good luck, don't forget to give helpful vote to me , if you got satisfied with answer
