Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We stayed in Deluxe for 2 nights as executive room wasn’t available then we moved to executive room for one night and a day but both of the rooms were comfortable in my opinion and we didn’t feel much difference between the two except the executive room have a nice look to it and it has a balcony where we loved standing and watching the mountains and greenery around. Also, the best thing about this hotel was the food! It was fresh and sans preservatives which was like a blessing. We actually looked forward to having breakfast everyday. The service was top knotch as well. The hotel staff were polite and tended to our needs perfectly. The only con of our visit was we would have preferred hot running water the whole day for showering but unfortunately, the hot water used to run only for couple of hours in the mornings. Overall, it was a good experience and we will suggest this hotel to others who wants to visit Mahabaleshwar in the future.

The poorest experience at a 4* fern property of my life. Poor service, awful staff with no sense of responsibility or service, old pathetic rooms with sagged mattresses and poorly maintained sofa-cum-bed which would have spaces around the mattress and its frame. No service quality from front desk team, rather they will ask you to call other numbers instead of fulfilling or routing the request to designated service person. Their service person will tell you to ring restaurant for lemon & housekeeping for glass and similarly most of the service staff would just be roaming around. They show a garden in pics which was closed for access, as they were not able to maintain the same during the monsoon season and hence they would devoid you of the facilities, which you have preferred while choosing the hotel, so don't get carried away with online shown pics as you wont be able to get all what you see. Any complaint to be given to hotel manager could only be escalated once their GM comes to the hotel, after 10.30AM only and till that time you will be at mercy of other staff without any respite. TV didn't worked, AC remote was faulty, Room extensions were not operational and the reason attributed was monsoon season which resulted in telephone extensions issue. The only positive was the breakfast spread which was decently good and tastes well, except that it would be better to take a budget hotel in 1/4th price with similar or even better services being offered and come here to have breakfast only. Multiple renovations going on in the old building where we were allocated rooms, which should have been avoided as these were all old rooms, so don't really know how good or bad the new rooms in the new building would be like.... However after going through all these grievances, the positive was at the checkout while meeting the GM out there who assured of taking all necessary action and remedial steps to improvise on service quality and imbibe a culture of ownership within their service staff; hope it improves.

Hotel is very good and ambience created is beautiful. There are a lot of activities inside of hotel that could be done like swimming, indoor games, spa, garden. There is also kids play area and occasional shows like magic show, karaoke. Services provided are pretty awesome especially by Sunita, Shabera, Jagganath, Subhash, Ashok and the other staff as well. I would particularly mention Sunita as she helped my Nani who has difficulty in walking. Food is a little overrated, if pricing is a bit limited, the rates would be more reasonable

We visited hotel in Oct22. Hotel rooms were clean & the staff is very polite & helpful. Food was good however on expensive side. However though we booked executive room with terrace we could not step in the terrace as the terrace has lawn & the mud was wet.From.the Valley view room we could see the view. Also the lawn area on the Ground Floor was locked due to wet lawn. Not a single day we could sit outside in the pleasant weather. The Hotel should think of keeping normal tiles in the room terrace so that people can pull a chair & sit in open air.
Apart from this the Hotel is situated at allevated area so it is not very great place for senior citizens.
Staff inside Restaurant was very coordial.

We are from the UK. We had a two night stay. Most enjoyable. The restaurant is well suited to vegans and vegetarians, the food was very very good. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive always making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I have a bad back and unfortunately the bed was a bit hard for me. The only down side, there was some mechanical noise that could be heard through the night from our room, 116. Our chamber maid was lovely and made us a towel sculpture of two swans on our bed, a nice surprise. The bell boy, Jagannath was amazing. He carried our heavy cases to the car refusing any help. Please tell him I mentioned him in this review he deserves the recognition. A great sanctuary from a busy site seeing day.
