Beautiful,peaceful and perfect for holidays!! The property was good and very well managed. We did our booking through booking.com including breakfast.The food cooked by the cook was good in taste. Overall a perfect place if you want to get yourself lost in nature.

Shantikunj bungalow - very good place, excellent location, a bit far from d main station, but still a very good place to stay. The biggest issue- the stupid manager of d place. When we went there, the top room was given to us. However in d evening, he called us saying that the top room was actually booked by someone else and since they have come, he asked us to shift down to a much smaller room, which did not even have a window. I don't understand if the top room was booked by someone else, how could he take money from us and book it for us. After a lot of argument, he finally gave up and asked us never to come back to his place again. The whole experience of d good location and d place was ruined because of the manager's complete mismanagement.

The place is almost 8 kms from the main city... the kitchen is most unhygienic and totally non existent staff in the house... the house well built with good view of the valley is not at all maintained with many bathroom fixtures missing... the kitchen doesn't have basic facilities like toaster induction heater etc... basic toiletries as well as crockery and plates are also missing... do not recommend to go here unless u plan to move with with your house

Oho, this trip was or is said to be very adventurous, our google map took us to this Bungalow from the forest road and lanes with very less habitat, though the view and surrounding was scenic but completely different.. Rains added more fun. We finally reached this beautiful peaceful villa facing the Lingalma falls and mountains. The bungalow has 4 bedrooms, and Two bedrooms house behind the villa. Very much homely stay. Eknath the care taker was extremely helpful. The day we came( September), the surrounding was misty, cold and chilly.. Food was good but has to pay extra for that. The morning breakfast too.. but the Poha was wonderful. I had gone with a family of 6adults and 3kids so we loved our stay as the entire villa was given to us..
