Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Located on Panchgini mahabaleshwar Road. Resort is small and provided with a lawn, small size swimming pool and recreation room. All rooms are spacious but with queen beds. Provide only one litre complimentary water and if needed more, payment to be made though room rent is approx Rs 5000/- Ordered evening snacks and dinner but both turned out to be of very poor taste. Breakfast is decent. Stay though comfortable and staff helpful , food quality needs improvement.

Good budget hotel hygiene needs improvement wrt linen sumptuous good variety food available . Staff courteous. Close proximity to tourist destinations in main highway . Would try once again for sure. Swimming pool games faculty available

I stayed here for two nights nice place food was also good. will come again sometime.Staff was also good. Morning we can sit in the lawn and enjoy our breakfast. We dint explore much as its was still under construction. But over nice experience.

Horrible experience, please do not fall for the positive reviews on any of the platforms. They keep deleting my review on google. It is a disaster, this place. The mattress, pillows and curtains have fungus all over, mattress had a huge spring coming out of it, food is stale and the rooms are terrible. They charged us an exorbitant amount, it was a total waste of money and time.

This hotel deserves five stars for the following reasons:
1. Spacious rooms with all possible amenities like cable TV , mini bar , writing table ,wardrobe , coffee table and equally hygienic washroom with toiletries. Some rooms also have sitouts with chairs. 2. An in-house restauarnt that has a good spread of breakfast. The menu changes a bit every other day. The breakfast was worth it. The hotel offers dn exhaustive menu card with lipsmacking food. 3. Impeccable room service provided by the hotel staff. They were always on toes and responded immediately for all of our room service requests. 4. Additional recreational activities like swimming pool, a game room which boasts of a pool table as well cycles on rent. 5. Close proximity from important places like Venna Lake, Lingmala waterfalls , Mapro Garden and Queen of points. There is also a Go Karting track nearby the hotel.
All in all , the hotel provides something for everybody , a perfect holiday getaway for friends and family as well as cosy place for couples to enjoy their privacy.

Dont mistake it for a resort. Its more of a homestay. The sheets that were being changed were not clean. The towels and other housekeeping stuff was not clean either. Breakfast was horrible, no non veg options available. For the money they are charging they can serve basic coffee options but that was not available either.

This is not a big property but have most of the basic thing needed to relax in the natural beauty of Mahabaleswar. Not too crowded which make it calm and a good place to rejuvenate. Th staff are very courteous and quality of food is very good. The room service is awesome and best thing is every nights bonfire which make you you feel more relaxed.

The hotel is located right next to main road. This resort is very nicely maintained and the staff is really courteous and helpful. There are very limited occupancies unlike many other resorts in Mahabaleshwar. It makes the experience very calm. We had stayed in the Superior king bedroom which had a bath tub. Though there was no supplies provided for bath, the bath tub itself was huge. They have this nice bon-fire arrangement which is active in the evening. It feels really cozy to sit near it in the evening enjoying the clouds which come down to your level. The restaurant serves decent food. We loved the masala maggi in the evening along with tea. There were some minor glitches which can be overlooked given its a place surrounded by nature. All in all, it was a great stay option. Would definitely consider it for our next visit.

Beautiful resort, well maintained, clean. Check in and check out is smooth due to Ganesh and team. Staff is very courteous, kind and helpful. Always serving with a smile. Spacious and safe parking. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. We stayed in King Room, it's luxurious and Spacious,Equipped with bath tub for two. In house restaurant A Food Affair serves sumptuous breakfast. Resort has beautiful fire place. Good size Lawn, few indoor and outdoor games. Good size swimming pool. Enjoyed their hospitality.

Been there very recently and I am happy to say that they followed all the Covid-19 guidelines very well. The resort is located in a central place not very far from all the tourist attractions that mahabaleshwar has to offer. The rooms very neat and clean and sufficiently sized, the property is a small one but well maintained. The inhouse restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast had good options and the quality was also excellent. The hotel staff is also very friendly, helpful and prompt. Surely would recommend people to look at this place during their trip to Mahabaleshwar
